I had to have a complete new aircondition system installed in my manufacturered double wide home. They were EXTREMELY nice and knowledgeable . They were very professional and able to answer all my questions . They did a great job and took all of the old unit away also. I wish I could give them a five 🌟 but I really want to give them a six star. They showed up on time did the job and made sure the kept me up to date with the progress. All I can say is I am very happy with the whole team from the sales team to the installers. Great company.

I would like to take a moment to share the terrible experience I had with this company so other customers don’t go through the same thing.

Less than two years ago, I needed to replace the plumbing in my house. The sales representative from Protech gave me peace of mind and assured me this was an excellent company. Despite the fact that the job was relatively expensive, I felt comfortable moving forward because I believed this was a legitimate company that would get the job done correctly. Unfortunately, I was very wrong.

The technician recommended that I replace my water heater because it was an older unit and supposedly would not be able to handle the pressure of the new plumbing. Even though I had never had any issues with my water heater, I trusted their expertise and purchased a new one through Protech, allowing them to install it as well.

So far, the new plumbing has worked, but the materials and finish work were not aesthetically pleasing and did not look very professional. I also had them replace two faucets and shower heads.

Immediately after the installation, I noticed that the hot water did not last nearly as long as it did with my old water heater. I called Protech, and they told me everything was fine with the heater and claimed the issue was with my breakers. I checked the breakers, and they were working perfectly fine.

A few months later, I called again because the water was cold. The technician came out, turned the unit off and back on, and it started working again. He was only there for a few minutes.

Later on, one of my shower heads started leaking, and the handle on the other one became loose. When the technician came, he told me that because I had purchased the shower heads myself (even though they were expensive), they couldn’t do anything about it—even though they were the ones who installed them. I was told that if I wanted them fixed, I would have to pay again.

Now, as of today, my water heater has stopped working once again. The technician came out and said it cannot be fixed and must be replaced. Thankfully, it is under the manufacturer’s warranty, so I will receive a new heater. However, it is no longer under Protech’s one-year warranty, so they want to charge me $1,600 just for the installation, which they claim includes a $400 discount.

I find this completely ridiculous. They chose the brand and performed the original installation, and now I’m stuck paying for the same thing twice and being happy with all of the work they had done. I’m a single mother and I work hard to maintain my house I chose this company because I do not know how to fix anything so I needed everything to be done correctly. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I would say stay away from this business.

Cooper was a fantastic plumber! Had a pipe burst on an extremely old water heater and Cooper explained my various options on whether to repair or replace and the price differences. Answered all questions with patience, very professional, and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommend Pro-Tech as a company and Cooper as well! Thanks so much for getting me up and running again!

Nicholas did an outstanding job with the all-point inspection on my AC system. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how detail-oriented he was and that he didn’t rush through anything. He made sure my system was running efficiently and gave me peace of mind. Very nice and efficient! Our a/c was leaking and they came out within a few hours. The woman who got us scheduled was very nice and great at her job! Our tech Dylan was kind and explained everything to us. They did a great job!

Protech is a a fantastic all around household repair service company. I have been a customer for decades when the company first opened, and they only had the HVAC service. While the company has undergone management change and really grown (they now offer plumbing and electrical services), they have maintained the service quality and friendliness of the original small company. They hire top quality technicians and admin staff. Shirley is an amazing customer service representative. Abel is a very experienced electrician and does great work. Amos is one of the best A/C technicians that they have (and that is saying something because they have a staff load of great technitions!). Lastly; the staff and technicians are always; friendly, professional, and timely. Their comfort club cost is very reasonable. Being a member has saved me literally thousands of dollars over the years, and has kept my systems in top notch shape. In fact when we sold our house and were forced by the buyers insurance company to replace our hot water heater simply because it was over 10 years old (it was actually 17 years old), the home inspector (who was there while it was being swapped out) was shocked at the like new condition of our old water heater and asked if we would donate it to his church for needy families so we did!! That was all thanks to Protech's regular maintenance of our systems. I can and do highly recommend them to be your service and repair company.

Abel (electrician) was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the work clearly, along with helpful recommendations and preventive tips. Everything was done efficiently and with attention to detail, which really gave me peace of mind. Scheduling and communication were smooth, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them for any electrical work.

Again. The scheduling team was also exceptional—returning my calls promptly, answering all my questions, and keeping me informed about the appointment and technician arrival time. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish.
