ProTech agent, Andre Balfour came to do my six month HVAC maintenance check. Wow - if only all people in the service industry could be like Andre. He was kind, polite, consummately professional and very respectful of my property.

Steven was very nice, called out to replace garbage disposal. First quote was over $1000, but went down if I signed up for comfort plan to $720. That’s too much in my opinion. Found another company to come tomorrow, to do the same work for less than $300. Unfortunate as I’ve used Protech before and was happy with their work, but $700-$1000 for a garbage disposal? Just paid the call out fee of $49.

Nick and the team arrived promptly. Explanations were given after the assessment of our unit. He showed me the pictures and explained each one. Definitely I will recommend pro tech to others. And we want Nick back!

Great tech/electrician, Jeremy!!! Very understanding & personable & super knowledgeable! He was very thorough in his explanation of details & is finding ways to get the jobs done even though our house has unusual sets ups due to the fact that it was the model home & office 30 years ago when this sub division was brand new. Plus, our house is 30 years old but Jeremy has good knowledge & experience & can overcome these special obstacles he faces & we are thankful & excited to get the work done!!! We’re glad we chose your company!!! Schedule wise, we don’t need to wait too long they are scheduling us promptly. We needed the pool light done by Sept. 8 & Jeremy is going every he can to make that happen! Even called to schedule us himself while he was here!!! Thank you Jeremy!

Had a routine maintenance appointment scheduled, usually the guys who came in, they looked over things quickly, and said it was fine and then left. Langston took his time, explained everything he would be doing plus showed me pictures of everything. He was very thorough and helpful

My technician was prompt, thorough and professional. He called and had a Water Mitigation Technician at my home almost immediately. The repair to my hot water heater was done quickly and I was able to keep the defective parts for insurance claim. I highly recommend ProTechAirConditioningPlumbingService.

I had an outdoor spigot crack and leak causing me to have to turn off the water main. All they needed to do was replace the pvc and spigot valve. Simple job. It was 1 hr of work and less than $50 in parts. They charged me $1700 for that. A rip off and price gouging. I had the exact same job done on another spigot on the back of the house and was $400.

Great service, the technician arrived so quickly to fix my AC and we were able to get the house to cool down again. I have no hesitation in recommending them

The technicians that came out (mind you, the same day that I called) we're extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was no high pressure to sell even when some additional options were recommended. I'll be relying on them in the future

Dylan knew what he was doing and answered all of our questions. He was very polite and good-mannered.we were pleased that he did not use any high pressure tactics to sell us things.

Michael K., a Pro-Tech technician, came to perform the bi-annual diagnostic on my parent's system per their Comfort Club membership. He was professional, polite, kind, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand them. He wasn't pushy or "salesy" like we've experienced before. Very impressed with Michael and I will always request him going forward.

The maintenance guy Dylan was great. He really showed that he cared and went above and beyond. He wiped my cabinets down, cleaned the drain line thoroughly, and even showed me what looked like mold or whatever he found in the system. He did everything right. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the other technician, Shane. I’m trying to say this as politely as possible, but he really needs to work on his hygiene. There’s just no reason a customer should have to smell that during a visit. It made things uncomfortable and honestly played a big part in why I didn’t move forward with anything they offered. Dylan wasn’t the issue at all — it was the other guy. And with the prices the company charges, I’d assume deodorant would be included in the employee benefits package. At one point I wasn’t sure if I needed an HVAC repair or a hazmat suit

Tony was fantastic! Good communication before arrival. Very professional and did a great job on our repair. He also gave us some help and pointers related to other water systems in our house that had nothing to do with his visit. Pricing was high, but fair market price from what I can gather. I also feel like pricing is high on everything and everywhere these days; so maybe I’m not the most objective judge on the cost of living.

I’ll use them again and hope to get Tony again! Thanks guys.

I pay for a maintenance plan with Pro-Tech. They came to do the maintenance on Wednesday the 17th of December. Prior to the "maintenance" everything worked fine. Tech comes out and says i have low pressures in my system. Recommends a leak test at $485. After the "maintenance" the AC just stopped working altogether. Second tech comes out and finds a bad fuse, fixes it for $50. Next day, the AC is running but not cooling. Heat exchanger stops running. Third tech comes out... now they're saying I have a bad pressure monitor. Going to cost me a cool $4000 to fix! $4000!! Absolutely ridiculous. Everything was fine before they touched it. Now its $4000. On top of that, I they cant even get it fixed for at least a week, maybe two, if they can find the part.

Needless to say, I'm pissed and will be canceling my service plan.

Poor customer service with them waiting for them to contact me to fix issues with my system . I have reached out to them multiple times way over a week ago. I am still waiting for them to contact me to discuss my uv system warranty for the uv light dynamic system that was installed by the sister company they took over. I am waiting for the manager to reach out and provide an estimate to have the system lights repaired and make sure the system is properly installed by the United States ac company they took over. Austin arrived to change out a leaking hose bib. He was so incredibly professional and resoectful and kind! He finished the work quickly and rectified the issue. He even offered to bring in our trash can from the street since my husband is disabled. His professionalism and kindness are rare these days!! It was a pleasure doing business with this young man! Great from start to finish. From sales to install two technicians. Everything was perfect I couldn't have asked for a better situation. Love my new downstairs unit. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone needing a new air conditioner.

Dylan was amazing at fixing our clogged A/C and checking our unit as a whole. I needed their services after hours and he showed up within 45 minutes of my call. They did a thorough and wonderful job.
