John the owner of Sky Air has helped me with my air conditioner system several times for different reasons. One time my system would not start and he did some troubleshooting with me over the phone and found out that it was my overflow safety shut off (no big deal).

The second time I worked with John, my wife and I were remodeling our kitchen, he helped install some custom made air vents to accommodate a unique situation we had with our attic.

Most recently John came out and fixed a capacitor that had gone bad and we were back up and running in no time. There is nothing worse than dealing with a hot home in the Florida summers. Sky Air has helped me, my dad, my father in law and our friends with full installs and repairs. Great work without all the song and dance. Thanks Guys!

Once again I used SKY AIR to look at a problem HVAC unit. I am in Florida and we are currently setting record high temperatures. They were on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. For ten plus years they have done work me and in the Landlord Business that is paramount. Five Stars!

John and crew are very professional and courteous. We had them check out the old and mismatched system in the house we just bought and they got to last a few weeks more until we finished researching systems and were ready to buy new. The system John gave us is very efficient, a great value and quiet too.

My AC went out last night. Corey, from Sky Air was knocking at my door at 8am! A new fan motor was needed. He located a motor, installed it, did all the necessary maintenance and we were back in business by 1pm! Corey was amazing! Courteous, polite, and a bad situation couldn’t have been handled any better ! Thank you John & Corey!!

Sky Air is affordable and reliable! I can't say enough good things about this company. My AC stopped working over the weekend and John Perez came to look at it on a Sunday morning. He took the time to review the condition of my current AC unit with me. He explained that although the system was 11 years-old, it still had some life in it and he currently only recommended replacing the part that was broken. I don't feel like he was trying to sell me on anything that I did not currently need. However, in the future, I'll know how much performance I should expect out of this unit and this will help me anticipate what I could possibly expect the next time AC has an issue. The part needed to fix the AC wasn't available until Monday, and at 9am on Monday morning John Perez was at my house fixing the AC. The AC was working by 9:30am. I will continue to use Sky Air and would recommend this company to friends.

John and the team at Sky Air did a great job servicing my HVAC. They tested it found the issue (in the attic) and fixed it for a great price. The guys were all very friendly. I would hire them again for sure. They are my new go to guys for anything HVAC related.

My HVAC unit unexpectedly stopped working in November. The company I had been using tried to take advantage of me and proposed an insanely high estimate to replace my aging system. I chose to get a second opinion from Sky Air and I'm SO glad I did. The experience was overall amazing. They got a technician to my home within days of my first call to prepare their own estimate. They provided complete explanations on each part of the estimate. When I decided to move forward with them, they were able to book my appointment for the following week. On the day of my appointment, they completely replaced my unit within hours, and the technician made a point to clean up afterwards and answer all of my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

John and Hector and their team were amazing. They came out the next day after we called them and John came right out to our house. He was so courteous and had so much knowledge. Another company who originally serviced our AC came out around the time that we bought the house and they made it seem like way more of a stressful situation. The other company made it seem that it was amazing our house was staying up or the AC had been working at all. After that we called John and he reassured us that he had it under control and he went above and beyond for us from the day we met him. The next business day Hector and his team came out and the unit was installed in a matter of hours. And we had to have the inside unit and the outside unit replaced. They even helped us install our new thermostat. Having our AC break was one of the most stressful things we have been through since becoming a homeowner and Sky Air made the process so simple. I have already referred them to coworkers and if we ever need anything AC related we will be calling only Sky Air.

After a misdiagnosis that cost me 1,600 from another company, my air handler failed again 3 weeks later. I called John late Thursday afternoon, and within 15 minutes he tracked down a coil that was in-stock and ready for pickup. Corey shows up at 0730 Saturday and has us back up and running in 2 hours. The way the job was done says a lot about the professionalism. Besides his efficiency, the install was neat and clean. They're the only company I'll be calling.

Exceptional service provided by Sky Air. John and his team of technicians are ROCK STARS. I was having A/C issues this week and Sky Air was able to get me on their schedule and get my system back up and running properly in less than 24 hours. They quickly diagnosed and made the necessary repairs to my system.

We just bought a house that didn’t have any duct work in our ceiling due to the style of the house. We didn’t know much of the history of our unit so we called Sky Air and they came out immediately. We told them about the concern about the lack of ceiling duct work because we have a loft and they installed it with no problem. They were great and now we have no worries about our AC Unit with our new house. Would recommend John and his crew every time.

Corey is an excellent technician and diagnosed then fixed a difficult problem with our air conditioner. Previously, a large HVAC company visited our house six times and could not diagnose or fix. I will use Sky Air for my AC needs from now on. The owner was very easy to schedule with via text message. They can fix problems that nobody else can.

Sky Air is the best! My elderly father’s AC went out and I do not live very close by. I spoke with John and he had someone out right away. Their fees were reasonable and they did a great job fixing the issue. It is such a relief to find an honest and reliable company to work with. I highly recommend these folks!

I would love to give them even more stars. First of all my other company told me it isn't under warranty and gave a quote for new systems. Corey came out said they should be able to get the part under warranty but if not their quote was even better for a new system. Corey was very honest and trustworthy. Makes sure you are given all the options prior to repairs or replacement. They were on time and kept me informed the whole way. I came into my office this morning and immediately realized the air conditioning was not working. It was already 84 degrees at 8am. I googled HVAC companies near me and called a few who basically blew me off and said they could come out next week. I finally got to Sky Air and John answered. Super friendly, said he’d have someone out by lunchtime. The technician showed up by 10:30 and had us back up and running with cool air in an hour. Called a 24 hour AC service over the weekend only to have AC tech come out who kept looking at troubleshooting videos on YouTube and appeared to have no idea what was wrong with our system. Then tried to talk me into a compressor motor on my five year-old unit, but still not sure that that was the issue, said he could send out a supervisor in a couple hours to which I finally said what do I owe you for this Visit. Sky Air sent a technician out quickly to fix our AC. Cory was very knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed our unit quickly and was able to explain the issue clearly. We have used Sky Air for years and are always extremely pleased with their service and communication. We highly recommend Sky Air.

Corey and Diego are phenomenal. Very responsive and both offer excellent customer service and expertise. We have a brand new HVAC unit that has been acting up based on the original company that installed it (not Sky Air) and the Sky team has been great in helping us troubleshooting some connection issues and getting it working properly.
