Very good at point of service. Tech were on site for the sixth time to fix the issue. Not their fault, but they keep being sent the wrong parts or, the last time not enough parts.

Technician showed up not knowing they were installing a control board. They did not know what code to set the washer to when setting it up and left before knowing the washer acros actually worked. Which it still doesn't.

Victor was very professional and pleasant. He was familiar with the issue of our dishwasher leaking and shutting off. He also noted the liquid dispenser lights don’t work.
