I had my refrigerator repaired took a while. They had to order the parts but all in all everything came out great the technician George was great. Took his time. Took a very long time. It was a big job.

I’m hesitant to write a review at this point because I’ve had so many issues with Sears- But because I dealt with Corporate, finally and they got everything into motion, I wanted to say, Hector was polite, careful with my appliance he worked on and communicated very well. You can tell he’s been in Customer Service a long time- because he offered me a sales pitch for a home Warranty, which I wasn’t in the market for at the moment.
My main focus is my fridge and getting it back to working well- He seemed to care about doing that-

The tech was very nice it took 5 minutes to install the water filter. The charge was 191.00 for 5 minutes.Seems unreasonable to me.won't b using your company again. Sears has a great reputation and my aunt work for you all for many years this is why I used your service.

Hector was awesome and very thorough. He repaired our refrigerator and cleaned all of our appliances. He was knowledgeable about the service and walked us through what he had done. I would recommend.

The technician was not able to identify the issue with my A/C, nor did he provide me with the details of how he troubleshooted. My case was re-assigned to another company and the diagnosis was identified quickly, and the issue was determined to be something any HVAC service person should be able to identify if they have the proper training. In addition, he may have caused more damage to my system when he was trying to determine the issue. I have been trying to contact Sears to receive the details of my service appointment but I am not able to get a live person, only AI.
