Of the many HVAC contractors, these guys are the best! It’s a small family run company with years of experience. I had them replace my entire 19 year old system, the price was very reasonable, hundreds less than the big guys. After two years I had them come for some drain maintenance, and they rechecked everything. The system is running great, I highly recommend them!

Stephen was very responsive and was able to promptly schedule our work. We’re remodeling our kitchen and he helped remove and replace ducting and service our AC unit. He does excellent work and is very reasonably priced. I will recommend Climate Design to any friend or neighbor in need of AC help.

I'm not sure how this company ever earned 5 stars. If there were zero stars, that is what my rating would have been. This company is "too busy" to simply return a customer's phone calls. After three calls and three messages being left, I finally got a phone call from an extremely rude and obnoxious female office manager who stated she would "speak with somebody" and call me back, which still has not happened. There's far too many professional, courteous and respectable companies in this particular industry with which to choose, so do yourself a favor and select a different company for your A/C needs. Climate Design is NOT professional whatsoever.

Our AC went belly up and we needed a whole new unit. Climate deisgn was quick to get out and diagnose the problem, as well as set us up with some windo and floor units so we didn't die. They were friendly, efficient and explained things in a way someone who has zero inclination for HVAC can understand. They came to install the new unit a week later, and were in and out quite fast, even having to take a break for the rain. Highly recommend this family owned company, they have helped us before and always do fantastic work!

Stephen at Climate Design was great to work with and solved our problem quickly. During the recent cold spell in Orlando, we woke up one morning with the thermostat reading about 62 degrees, despite the system running all night. Stephen came by within a few hours of calling and was able to figure out the problem. While he had to get some parts before the system could be repaired, he was able to immediately find a temporary solve of setting up our auxiliary heat - something that wasn’t done properly when we installed the thermostat. A few days later he was able to fix the system and address another maintenance issue at the same time. Thanks, Stephen and Climate Design!

Just completed my new AC installation and Bob with Climate Design helped make it as smooth as possible. Best customer experience I could’ve asked for it such a difficult time. Not only did I need an AC replacement ASAP but whole new subfloor and box stand build out. Bob worked hand in hand with my contractor for a seamless execution and even provided me with box AC window units during the process. (Amazing) His team went above and beyond from beginning to end. You can tell this family owned business truly cares about quality service.

Outstanding service. I first called Climate Design on the Friday before a hot holiday weekend when my AC stopped working. Other companies were unable to send anyone out until the following Tuesday, but Climate Design was able to come by the same day. They had my system repaired in an hour for a reasonable price. I have since had them perform my routine HVAC service and maintenance and they are very thorough, prompt, and friendly. Definitely recommended.

A couple years back, they noticed an issue with the neighbor’s unit missing the cover and the fan can easily hurt kids playing in the area, they added value by addressing the issue immediately and avoiding a major problem. Thank you
