Spoke to Lisandro last Monday, we spoke in length about my air. He indicated he would be by on Wed or Thurs and to text my info, which I did. Heard nothing. Called him on Thursday and he assured me he would come on Friday at noon. A week later, Nothing, not a call, a text, nothing. So unprofessional, it takes 2 minutes to say "not interested or it will be a few weeks out". Anything, but never just ignore, neglect or space off a potential long term customer. I've since moved on to a respectful company. Being a senior I decided to replace my entire air/heating system to be safe. I gave them a 2 star out of kindness because they actually answered the phone.
