Fantastic service!! We found Hector when he was referred to us by a friend and he was very friendly and HONEST! Wasn’t trying the usual upsell that you tend to get from others, and he delivered on everything he promised in the timeline he promised. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of AC service/repair/replacement!

Hector came highly recommended from our neighbors and did not disappoint. We called in a moment of need as it was July our A/C was 16 years old and ready to be replaced. I called HMS and had a conversation with Hector about our old system and what he recommended I replace it with. He didn't try to over sell me or push to hard and provided an estimate at a reasonable rate.

In due diligence I spoke to another company and they needed to make an appointment (which they were late for) and come to our house. Then they had to have this big sales pitch complete with flash cards. They told me how they don't hire criminals and and this brand sucks and they are the best and sell me stuff I don't need and then give me some inflated price. On top of that they didn't want to take no for an answer. Before this I had planned to talk to a third company as well but I couldn't sit through something like that again and accepted the bid from HMS.

Hector showed up when he was scheduled. Did exactly what was promised and everything was installed cleanly and professionally. Can't ask for more than that.

Professional and trustworthy company. HMS Heating and Air Conditioning installed our AC unit in 2020. We were extremely happy with that experience. Our AC went out the other day (2024) and I called them for help. They responded immediately and fixed the problem (faulty capacitor) at a very fair rate. Another great experience. Highly recommended.
