The prior company told me I needed a volt pack, a hard start kit, a contractor and a double capacitor. Okool came and tested the equipment and told me that I only needed the capacitor and they charged me far less for the capacitor than the other company charged me for that 1 item. I will be using Okool for all HVAC needs from now on!

From the start, Corey was communicative, courteous, and prompt. He assessed our situation and quickly scheduled the necessary repairs. The team replaced an insulated air duct and repaired damaged insulation throughout the house—work that was completed efficiently and with noticeable improvement to our comfort.

During a conversation about previous work done on our outdoor unit, Corey took it upon himself to double-check that area and discovered the wrong part had been installed by the prior company. He’s now addressing that issue as well.

Most honest & efficient HVAC contractor I have worked with. He came out same day, on time, evaluated and fixed our systems, provided clear feedback of all potential options and helped us pick the best path forward.

He even found a big issue with a recalled part on our unit and called the manufacturer to check the status of our warranty and was not only able to get the manufacturer to replace the part, but also send a new evaporator coil! This fix will likely extend the life of our HVAC unit by years.
