Excellent company to deal with very professional best prices out of anybody outstanding installers very courteous very clean the only sad part of it is I can only leave a five star review they deserve a 10 star review I recommend if you're in need of an AC unit highly recommend this company

Made contact on Thursday 7/9. Appointment set up for Friday 5pm, next day. Friday 5pm... i get a text saying "big job, not coming. How's tomorrow PM?". I respond: Saturday afternoon - what time?
No response.
I text him Saturday, no response. Again Saturday afternoon... no response.
So now --- it is Saturday night... i have a clogged line and leak... and this clown, has made me wait 3 days -- without the respect of simply cancelling the job! Very unprofessional!

Worst service ever. I would NEVER use them or recommend to anyone. You all have been warned. If I can give them zero stars I would. Do not let them into your house

Excelente servicio, fueron a mi casa a reparar el AC, el técnico me llamo antes de ingresar, realizó la reparación en la primera visita, y me llamo reportando lo que se había hecho. Todo muy bien, los recomiendo.

Fixing the A/C the guy was great my only issue was jow long it took 3 weeks without air in Florida is crazy.

Was on the facetime with a lady most of the time. Left my washing machine unplugged and the cable was buried beneath the washer. Left the outdoor unit in an awkward position so it was pressed up against washer and dryer. AC stopped working shortly after they left.

Pablo was professional efficient and very knowledge. He and his company are great and I highly recommend them. An A/c issues in the future - I will use their services

Our technician Gaston was awesome! He was quick and efficient and very friendly and accommodating. He fixed our air quickly and was very professional. Great experience!!!!

The Tech was simply fantastic! He was super thorough, on time and made sure that everything was working. Our system is now running even better than it did before it broke down so we are so happy that we highly recommend them!

He also gave us recommendations on different things we can do to help keep our home even cooler while saving energy. We are in the process of replacing our old unit and this company will be the first one we will contact when we're ready because of the awesome job that he did today!
