I have used OKOOL Air and Heat for my properties. Corey is honest, reliable and has reasonable pricing. He goes above and beyond and values providing quality service and having a good reputation in the community. He takes time to explain his diagnostics and the required repair to fix the issue. I have gone through several AC companies and feel that OKOOL Air and Heat provides the best service in the community at a competitive price.

The air conditioning in our rental property had failed during an extreme heat wave. The temperature here in Central Florida was over 100°. The tenant messaged me along with a photo alerting me to the situation. I was certain no one would be able to come right out. While I was calling all the big names and being turned down for an emergency visit my wife was checking the Nextdoor app looking for the best recommendations. Corey at OKOOL AIR AND HEAT was mentioned in several posts and was highly recommended.
I reached out and was initially sent to Voice Mail. Corey returned my call within 2 minutes and we were able to arrange a service call to take place within the next 30 minutes. I notified my tenant who was overjoyed. Corey arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue, within ten minutes of his arrival, maybe quicker, he had me on the phone to let me know the issue wasn’t an expensive one and would be repaired while he was on the phone with me. I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty, and his ability to detect and repair the problem in such a short span of time.
My tenant called me afterward to let me know he and his lovely bride were headed out to lunch and shopping, and were delighted to know they would return to nice cool house afterwards.

The ELITE A/C company replaced my old AC a new system in May 2022. All tree years I have a leak in system. To repair it ELITE A/C asked a lot of money.
I decided to go with Corey company due to several recommendations from nextdoor posts and I'm glad I did. Corey was very responsive and professional throughout the whole process as well as prompt and courteous. He arrived on time, find where was a leak and completed the full replacement of my Evaporator Coil efficiently and at a reasonable cost and with a year warranty.
Do not use ELITE A/C company. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC repair.
I will use Corey Company again on tuneup AC on next year.

The company that installed my unit, incorrectly two years ago. I called the 5 times in two years trying to get the unit to work properly, now it's out of warranty. wanted to charge me $800. The bill was much less and I think it's finally fixed.

Great service. Well placed outside with professional routing of connections. Unfortunately my outside wall was solid concrete at that location but contractor had no complaints, so I tipped him. It was a great idea no longer chilling the rest of the house down at night just so I can get my room to optimal sleeping temperature. A very nice carrier unit.

When my 1 year old (just out of warranty) evaporator coil started leaking, I reluctantly started getting estimates for a new AC unit. Out and tell me i needed a whole new system for 14,000$. Glad i got a second opinion from jerry. All that was bad was a mother board to a fan that was like 400$. He saved me so much money. So i recommend him to my neighbor. He saved her money by fixing what needed to be fixed and not a new system. Im glad to see there are still honest people out there. Thanks jerry
