Sky Air is the best! My elderly father’s AC went out and I do not live very close by. I spoke with John and he had someone out right away. Their fees were reasonable and they did a great job fixing the issue. It is such a relief to find an honest and reliable company to work with. I highly recommend these folks!

I called Sky Air, and it was refreshing to have someone answer immediately. Our AC was completely out, and John made me feel like I was a total priority. Within a day, not only did we receive a COMPLETELY fair quote for a new system but a total explanation of what was going to be provided. We ended up hiring him and our job was completed on time, to perfection, with extra services added at no charge. I would recommend John and Sky Air to ANYONE I know looking for exceptional AC services. We love our new unit!

I would love to give them even more stars. First of all my other company told me it isn't under warranty and gave a quote for new systems. Corey came out said they should be able to get the part under warranty but if not their quote was even better for a new system. Corey was very honest and trustworthy. Makes sure you are given all the options prior to repairs or replacement. They were on time and kept me informed the whole way. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for someone who is honesty and reliable. Hats off to Corey and Moises for coming out today and doing the repair under warranty. Thanks Guys!!

I came into my office this morning and immediately realized the air conditioning was not working. It was already 84 degrees at 8am. I googled HVAC companies near me and called a few who basically blew me off and said they could come out next week. I finally got to Sky Air and John answered. Super friendly, said he’d have someone out by lunchtime. The technician showed up by 10:30 and had us back up and running with cool air in an hour. I could not be happier with the service and I look forward to having Sky Air as our go to HVAC company moving forward. If you are looking for high quality service and support, look no further! Called a 24 hour AC service over the weekend only to have AC tech come out who kept looking at troubleshooting videos on YouTube and appeared to have no idea what was wrong with our system. Then tried to talk me into a compressor motor on my five year-old unit, but still not sure that that was the issue, said he could send out a supervisor in a couple hours to which I finally said what do I owe you for this Visit. Sky Air sent a technician out quickly to fix our AC. Cory was very knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed our unit quickly and was able to explain the issue clearly. We have used Sky Air for years and are always extremely pleased with their service and communication. We highly recommend Sky Air.

Corey and Diego are phenomenal. Very responsive and both offer excellent customer service and expertise. We have a brand new HVAC unit that has been acting up based on the original company that installed it (not Sky Air) and the Sky team has been great in helping us troubleshooting some connection issues and getting it working properly.

We recently had new duct work installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. The installation itself was done quickly and with great attention to detail, and the quality of the work really shows.

What stood out most was their customer service—John and his team were responsive, courteous, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had a lot of questions throughout and after the process, and It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of duct work or HVAC services.

Ray was absolutely amazing and was able to help diagnosis the problem, he was very patient and understanding during the entire process i would gladly have this tech back for further repairs/maintenance

Was glad to see Nick show up to perform my routine maintenance this afternoon! He used to service my system all the time but has been servicing other customers for a while. Wow installers Jose Rodriguez, Dumarcel Thermidor and Joani Suarez are truly knowledgeable and professional. As a senior I am amazed and thankful for the excellent service.

Reached out to pro-tech on a weekend. They came assessed and provided several options. No pressure. Just facts of where we stand how to take care of the situation now and preparing for the future. Just the nature of their character alone makes me feel comfortable investing in their team when we are ready for a new unit.

Michael did an outstanding job!

After numerous other Technicians have made visits to my home to try and remedy the communication problem with my air conditioner, Michael Knox seems to have figured it out!

Time will tell, but Michael seemed to understand the problem clearly as well as creatively doing things to correct the Problem.

In addition, he was just a very nice man who sincerely wanted to help me... And I really appreciated that!

Cody with Pro-Tech came out today and saved our life— With an ominous leak present upstairs, not able to find our water meter or any shut off valve, and being maintained by a gated HOA company, Cody came out and was able to locate the water service line, our service line, the meter, and advises of how to turn such off while being able to fix the leak upstairs. This has been a problem since day, one of purchasing this condo, and no longer weighs on us heavily and his patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service helped us make it through the day, And taught us what to do in this future——-> Which is always to CALL PRO-TECH!

I scheduled with Pro-Tech air because my AC suddenly stopped working and they came and cleaned my drain pipe and it started working again but they told me that it would stop again within the next day and that actually my entire unit needed replaced even though it’s only around 7 years old. They said something about the compressor being shot and then showed me a picture of a bad read on some kind of meter. I got a quote from them of over 10k to do the work. I then got a second and third opinion and both of them said the unit was totally fine and did not need replacing. One of the other guys also said that the meter they sent me a picture of can easily be faked. I don’t know if they thought they could get me because I’m a young woman or what but do not trust just this companies opinion. I would be out 10k today if it did.

Cody was my tech and he was great. Upfront and direct diagnosis. We didn't end up going with the company (which had 100% nothing to do with the product or service [and everything to do with sibling input]) and he handled our choice with grace. I definitely recommend this provider.

Anthony Garcia was pleasant and professional. He went out of his way to satisfy our need for a special sized A/C filter for our unit. We consider hiim to be a vital asset to Pro-Tech.
