Brent was punctual and communicative before and during the process. He and his team were very efficient in stretching and cleaning our carpets. He even let us know one area didn’t need to be stretched, saving us some $$. Crew was very polite. They just come in and get it done. Highly recommend.

I called carpet rescue for my 500 square foot bonus room. The carpet was wavy and needed to be stretched. Also there was stains all over the carpet. One bad stain was from a refrigerator that leaked. They showed up on time. Moved furniture and stretched the carpet. Then they cleaned the carpet including the stairs. I am happy with the results.
