Brent and the crew from carpet rescue were amazing! Brent was quick to respond and give all the necessary information and pricing for us to get scheduled. They came by, explained the process and were so polite. They cleaned the whole couch, even the pull up bed area, and they were sure to get the sides, back, armrest and cushions as well. The couch looks the best it has in 4 years! I'm so happy to have it so clean now. Highly recommend!

These guys were super polite, professional and the price they asked was the best around. They came beachside, a good 11/2 hour drive for them. They stretched our carpeting in 3 different rooms and it looks like new. The carpets are clean and I would call them again for the next time.

I found carpet rescue with a simple Google search for carpet cleaning in my area. They had solid reviews so I gave them a call and expected to talk to a call center or a customer service person, but I was pleasantly surprised when the owner of the business answered my call. Brent answered the questions I had, gave me a reasonable expectation for his services, and scheduled the cleaning around my schedule. They arrived on time, cleaned my carpets promptly, to a level of cleanliness that was beyond what was promised. Carpet rescue is one of the few service oriented businesses that still under promise and over deliver. Their service is also much more affordable than I expected. I will continue to be their customer.

"Maybe you shouldn't have moved into a house with carpet if you knew that it was gonn mess with you", "I've been doing this 41 years longer than you've been alive" - Brent, the owner, to me an asthmatic who has to deal with the consequences of poor work ethic and terrible customer service.

I was quoted $144 for carpet cleaning on Monday (11/14) with enzyme treatment and injections into padding for a soiled carpet in an 11x10 room. Didn't beat around the bush. When they came the first time, they worked rather quick, and I thought it was a plus because I had to take off for work. They leave. Overall good experience, or so I thought. But it turns out their speediness is at my detriment as they barely cleaned it and only soaked the carpet to allow deeper dirtiness to surface. I ask to confirm "just thirty minutes to dry right?" as I was told by brent over the phone. They techs said that nope, the cleaning would be that long but drying should be 4-6 hours. Confirmed with Brent. Backpedal.

12 hours later, my carpets are still soaked ater opening doors, windows, running AC constantly, having an external fan running to push air around and and emitting a foul odor that is exacerbating my lung conditions and I touched the carpet and tested. Still filthy. I text Brent that I am upset and feel ripped off. Immediately he is on the defensive and gaslighting me that there shouldn't be anything wrong the clean was perfect and any negative aspects are impossbile. Hogwash. I tell him that I have to live in this and can clearly tell something is wrong. He keeps going back and forth without anysort of acknowledgement until abruptly he finally decides to schedule a callback for the next day. (11/12) He tried to blame the fact that the carpet was already soiled beforehand. Yet he still took the money and job to CLEAN. And it was not fulfilled.

The callback: he comes personally to "inspect". As in, he walks in before the clean, smelling like a smokestack, talks to me and my dog for a second and mentions adding a few more "dry passes" as if it's a favor to dry my carpets and not leave them overly saturated. He only came to save face but it was a clear facade. The same as last time, theyre going insanely fast over, again, SOILED carpet, not doing a deeper clean, just getting some of the surface and and I have to stop them from rushing out to address the main problem area and pass over it again and again until I'm just over it. They didn't check afterwards, just in and out.

I see an obvious improvement. I give it a couple days but theres stilla lingering ODOR that is bothering. I brush my hands on the carpet, smell and stinky socks, mildew scent. I text him that I need him to come out again but I did notice an improvement. The facade drops. He is on FULL defense, saying he will not be demanded of, that I'm just chasing ghosts and that I shouldn't have moved where carpet was gonna be a problem and that he would charge to come out again. But that wasn't the issue. Carpet was fine when I first moved in, the shoddy job is the issue of which he emphasized that I wouldn't know anything because of his seniority. Zero accountability for not fulfilling the full obligation. Zero communication skills. I will attach the the conversation below but it was extremely uncomfortable for the owner to speak like that.

I now sit here with disgusting and smelly rugs after supposedly being deep cleaned. But it was just enough to address the the surface of the suface and leave it soaked enough to give them a reason to comeback out for the soaked carpet to resurface other smells underneath. They couldn't even do me the favor of drying it properly. My lung conditions are acting up. These guys are scam artists with zero pride in their work and the owner is the biggest perpetrator and con I have ever met. I will be reporting to the BBB as well for these interactions as well as your prejudicial and ableist remarks.

I had my carpet cleaned in 4 bedrooms as well as the tile in my kitchen and bathroom. I am very happy with the price and the results. The tile in particular looks brand new again. I highly recommend Carpet Rescue!

Brent and his father and son crew did an excellent job helping us in our new home with carpet restretching, full house deep carpet cleaning, and thorough tile cleaning. They had excellent communication and even came back to re-clean some stubborn areas at no additional charge. Highly recommended!

Brent asked the right questions in regards to what we wanted done to fully understand the customer and from there they got to work! Brent and his team took extra steps further to make sure our Sectional was fully sanitized which really showed me he truly cares about his clients. The team maintain professionalism, respect throughout the entire visit which was nice as we all vaule our privacy. My child with special needs spilled milk this morning and I did not catch this, Brent and his team saw it and cleaned it up for this mama. 🥹 (which really meant alot to me!) Our electric reclining Sectional, carpet look brand new, smell AMAZING and I'm so happy that my husband called Carpet rescue. I can't stop looking at it that's how much of an amazing job they did! I highly recommend this business to all residents you will not be disappointed!
