We hired POSTECH Burlington to install torque screws for a future deck. They were communicative, emails quickly answered, knowledgeable and installation was efficient and accurate . Would highly recommend POSTECH to handle porch and deck infrastructure. Top shelf.

Had a great experience with PosTech Burlington. They were very quick to respond and helpful with explaining their approach and answering any questions. They worked efficiently and quietly - and left very little trace of their work on my steep + tight fitting property, besides the posts themselves. I would highly recommend this to friends and family in the future.

Can’t say enough about the timeliness, service, and product. The installer was prepared, knowledgeable, and prompt. I appreciate what you guys deliver in these days of ghost contractors. Epitome of professionalism. Huge thanks to you and your team.

We are so grateful to have discovered Postech for our Deck and porch projects this year. We were in desperate need of a solution and they came to our rescue and were just what we needed. No more need for concrete piers! The piles were able to be places with precision around all of our obstacles (electrical, septic tanks, old piers, and right next to our house).
Todd was amazing to work with and a great communicator. You can really tell he cares about his work and making the customer happy. We would use them again in a heart beat! -

Despite passing their signage all the time, I never knew what Postech did. That was until we were recommended to them by our property management company for a special project I wanted to embark on. Postech allowed us to build a small deck to support a heavy outdoor kitchen in a very rocky (boulders) and wet area property, with a slightly difficult access point. There was no need for excavation (which we expected to open a can of worms with our terrain), pouring concrete, etc. using their screw pile product.
Todd was amazing. Came out to meet with me same day, explained how their product worked, which made me feel comfortable proceeding, and we got the work scheduled for the following week (a rarity!). Pricing is very straightforward and reasonable. Install encountered some boulders but Todd and his engineer quickly adapted to the findings, got our 4 piles in and got the site ready to go for the carpenter.
I also really want to say how much Todd went above and beyond for me. He got me in touch with an amazing carpenter that has worked with them in the past for projects, met with him and others on-site for planning/logistics and also helped me take delivery of a pizza oven for the deck.
I highly recommend Postech for anyone needing supports.

D.L. Docko has been doing work for my husband and I for almost 20 years. Very reliable and will take on any project. Has done septic's, excavations, rock retaining walls and more. Pricing is very competitive, top-quality work and in a timely manner. A+

Called around to get quotes for a large backyard project. David answered the phone and was so amazing. He explained their product and help me with all my questions. Docko was the only company who did that! Nancy was amazing and checked in with us a few days after. Delivery day went so smooth! We have 11 dump trucks of fill delivered. The fill was better than what we expected! Winslow the driver was amazing and took extra steps to make sure our NEW driveway stayed safe without us mentioning anything to him. He was so sweet and friendly waving to the kids every time he saw them waving! THANK YOU David, Nancy, Winslow and the whole Docko team!

Reliable, great quality, fast! We called Docko at 7am and had our rocks in our yard by 930. The gentleman who delivered them was very kind and dropped them exactly where I needed them. I highly recommend for their prices, customer service and quality of product! Thanks Docko!

Short version of the story…..
Went in to purchase material for our outdoor arena. Was met out in the yard by David, who was very nice and incredibly helpful. He gave me the quantity of material needed for the job after I provided the dimensions. After choosing the footing, dealt with Nancy in the office. David advised that he could get “washed stone dust out of Dover”. Specifically asked Nancy for “washer stone dust”, which she replied, “yes, washed concrete sand”. Not being a pro in aggregate material, I assumed what she called the product was just a different name for the same material. Product was delivered with 2 problems; first, the quantity was calculated incorrectly (about 1/6 of what was needed) and secondly, it was the wrong material. I totally understand the quantity being wrong, but when asked about the material, Nancy said, “there’s no such thing”. When I stated that David offered it and it came out of Dover, she said, “….well we don’t get anything from Dover, so I’m not sure what he’s talking about…”. After speaking with David, she realized she was wrong, but still wasn’t inclined to apologize and continued with the “I’m right” mentality.
Not trying to be difficult, I simply asked for a 10% discount on the remaining material needed and I would even keep the incorrect material. Andy, in the office, said she would speak with David for his approval which was later “approved”. Being a business person, I thought this was an easy decision and obviously the right one given the circumstances (this was $6,000 worth of material).
After the remaining material was dropped off, it was time to pay the bill to which Nancy replied, “David can’t do that….”, when referring to the discount.
The owner, David, is a great guy, but this company definitely could do without Nancy……she’s likely costing them tens of thousands of dollars with poor customer service and thinking she calls the shots over and above the owner.
I DO NOT recommend doing business with D.L. Docko & Sons unfortunately.

D.L. Docko has been my spot for about a decade and they’ve never once let me down. Hands down the nicest yard guys out there. They keep their yard pristine and their materials are always free of foreign debris and other materials, etc. Office staff and delivery drivers are the best too.
I lost track of time working out on the property recently and the driver made it a point to come find me on the property to make sure he dropped the material exactly where I needed it. What else could you ask for?Thankful to have a good honest spot just down the street!

Had some work in my yard. They had great pricing, easy delivery. They stayed on top of what was needed and delivered on what was given to them last minute. The material they sent was perfect, had no moisture and no debris. Would 100% recommend them for all your needs. Have used them for septic in the past as well and had great service and pricing.

We initially engaged Docko for our new Septic System and everything was exceptional, from start to finish everything was explained very well and the installation went as exactly as discussed with no issues. David and team kept us in the loop from the start of the planning process to the completion of the installation.
Once the Septic system was completed, we then decided to work with David to discuss the grading, loaming and stone options around or property. He was great at explaining the options and invited me to the yard to take a look at the types stone available on top of giving us sufficient time to make our decisions. Once arriving at the yard, everyone was friendly, explained everything very well and gave us options for any materials that may not be in the yard.
Upon making our decisions David came back and completed the grading and loaming of the back property and the placement of stone around the house foundation, under the decks, and a new firepit. He completed everything as requested and was shown on our plans to include providing some great advice on things we did not account for.
Due to the above we will be definitely calling Docko back when it is time for us to complete the front property and we will be recommending Docko to anyone who is looking to complete either one of these services.

Perfect septic contractor. Docko installed a complicated residential 2 tank system to replace a 70 year old system at my home. I had gotten 3 other quotes. David was very thorough in the consultation and answered all my questions.
They started work 2 weeks later and finished the install in less then a week.
It would be difficult to find another machine operator as skilled as David.
I knew I made the correct choice after the first day.
Materials they used were top choice. Job site was left very clean after each day and when they arrived they never stopped working. They really went above and beyond anything I expected. Communication was excellent and even the state inspector complimented the work. You won’t have any worries if you choose Docko for your septic installation. AAA+ We are extremely pleased with their work. -

I just had an experience with them outside of a local home improvement store. I believe in their cause and I wanted to make a donation. They would only accept recurring payments. Right now the immediate future is uncertain. Financially. Electric rates are rising, who knows where gas is going, etc. I could not commit to anything recurring. They would not accept a single one time donation, which sent up a huge red flag. It felt like they were collecting information and I abandoned ship. The people were cool, I was comfortable with them, but when we got to that point I was uncomfortable giving my debit card information. If you're legit, you take what you can get. It's unfortunate that I was unable to participate.

The Foundation is sending out teams of its employees to solicit at grocery stores and other locations. They are poorly trained and a disruptive presence. One woman in front of the Quail Street King Soopers in Lakewood, Colorado acted just like an agressive panhandler. She waved her hands in my face, brought me to a dead stop, pretended to know me, then said "just kidding." Notify the NPF of the problem? There is no one in charge in the Rocky Mountain region for this ill-considered promotional campaign and the single person answering the Washington DC headquarters phone retorts "consider my position," when essentially telling me to pound sand when it comes to alerting a manager that the Lakewood team is counter-productive.

With the current White House devastating the National Park Service, supporting NPF has never been more important!

I donated to the National Park Foundation because I love and support our National Parks. I have been to over two dozen of them. However, after the National Park Foundation more than wasted my entire donation by sending me endless unsolicited letters in the mail I will never donate again. Please stop mindlessly wasting donations.
