Used Crawl Space guys in 2022, I was 6 months into my new home purchase and the previous owner didn't install the sump pump correctly. The vapor barrier was a mess and my house had 16" of standing water during a heavy rain in the crawl space. They came in the next spring, trenched the crawl space, dug a sump well, put an appropriate sized sump pump in. It happens to be under my bedroom floor. I hear it kick on during the winters and I sleep better for it. Their work was perfection, they were easy to schedule and work with. Their crew is friendly and they left my house in perfect condition, especially considering the only access to my crawl space is in the house, and they had to remove the old muddy vapor barrier through this access. They added a second crawl space access I requested in a hall closet and I've checked the crawl space during some heavy down pours, no flooding. So thankful for their quick and reliable work.

Your Crawl Space Guys were very responsive when an inspection on a new home revealed animal damage in the crawl space. Their crew showed up on time and did great work on schedule. I would be happy to recommend them to others!

BEWARE!!! I was charged $150 up front for being "out of their service area" and was then quoted an outrageous price ($4500) for a rather simple crawlspace dig out. Their excuse: we have to wear special outfits to do the work and haul off the dirt. EVERY other company I got a quote from said this was a lie and I should only be charged labor costs. I even wanted the dirt put IN MY OWN BACK YARD!!! The next highest quote I got was for $2000. So, be prepared to be screwed out of $150 if you are "out of their service area". I feel like that's all they wanted out of me and my family was that $150 fee. Such a sleazy way to do business.

"Your Crawl Space Guys" just finished a full clean-out of our nasty crawl space and we couldn't be happier! They got rid of the mold & mildew, repaired torn insulation & ductwork, and installed a beautiful vapor barrier where there was none before, all for a very reasonable price. Their workers were prompt, friendly, and very competent. We really appreciated the photo gallery of before & after. Five stars! Thanks for job well done.

We are very happy with the work that Crawl guys did for us. They were very infaboyt what they were going to do before they did the work.

After completing the job we couldn’t tell that they had been here. They cleaned up and left no trash.

We had a great experience with this company! Very friendly, professional and they did an excellent job on a tough crawl space. We had a lot of water under the house that required a lot of excavating to get not 1 but 2 sump pumps placed and trenches dug! Rich at the office was a pleasure to work and speak with during and after the job was complete. Their electrician James they contract with was amazing as well. I would definitely use them again and recommend this company to anyone that has crawl space needs!

Great experience. I agreed to replace/install new vapor barrier for house sale. YCSG were great on the phone, super prompt, good price, polite, very thorough. They even repaired any damaged screens in the vents! I would not hesitate to use this crew again.
