Junior came out to address an issue we had with our sprinkler system after the initial leveling. He was amazing! He remeasured everything, was very thorough, explained everything, and set us up for a sprinkler adjustment. Since the initial meeting with Childer's, people and services have been superb. Very happy with the service and professionalism of this company.

Professional team did great job in clean and efficient manner. Dustin B. did a thorough review of the foundation and provided details of the analysis and recommendations. They all did good work.

It was such a great pleasure to meet Andy Peter's this evening! It was really wonderful to have one of the Reps come by after the work was completed to personally ask how our experience was.

We ended up having to have two jobs done, which was the only disappointing part of the work. However, I have to take some responsibility because after I showed the rep who first visited with us the crack in the brick on the North side of the house, I should have walked with him when he did his measurements and inspection of the rest of the house so I could ask about a much larger crack on the South side of the house that I had somehow totally forgotten about.

As it was, though, when the crew came out for the North side of the house, I mentioned the crack on the South side to the foreman. After showing him the crack, he contacted another rep who was in the area. He was able to come out and speak with me within a matter of hours. I asked if it was possible for the crew to do the repair on the South side while they were there, and he told me that due to their scheduling, they would have to come back at a later date. Although he was able to get me set up for their next available opening, which was two months away, it was better than the initial six months we had to wait when we scheduled the job for the North side of the house.

To be completely honest, that was the worst part of the whole experience: having to have them come back out a second time (resulting in two different loans) to do a repair that should have been addressed with the initial inspection. This is the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

I was very pleased with everything else. The Reps were very knowledgeable about the whole process and explained it very well. Both crews that came out were fantastic. Being a mechanically minded person, I wanted to see and understand exactly what the guys were doing to my house. The foreman of the first crew, whom I spoke to the most, was very patient and understanding of all my questions. The second crew was just as great, but since I understood what they were doing, I did not interact with them near as much.

If I had to do this all over again, would I go with Childers Brothers? Most likely, yes. After all, they did make it right.

John and his crew provided outstanding service in refinishing our pool deck. John was very attentive to our needs, listened to all our questions and provided solid answers to ease our minds. We would choose 5 Star Concrete Coatings again if we needed their services again. 10 Star rating for John!

Childers Brothers has blessed our family and we are so thankful for the work they did to our home. Their workers were so polite and did an amazing job. This job was done months ago and just last week one of them came by our house to follow up on the work done to make sure we were satisfied. Cory and Melissa have done a great job with their company and we are blessed to know them.

My husband and i are very pleased with Childers Brothers! Dustin Bledsoe came by and checked on everything that had been done on the Leveling, very respectful and knowledgeable and we had a nice conversation with him. He went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. We are blessed to have a company like Childers Brothers that truly care for their customers like they do, highly recommend them to family and friends.

John stoped by to check up on the current status of the settling with our house. Childers brothers have been out checking up on us at least two or three times since we had our work done. They’ll be back out in December and assess if further injections into the soil needs to be done, which is covered under the warranty.

Jon Picerno came by to check on things and did a great job. I appreciated all the time he took to check out potential problems. He also arrived right on time. He made measurements, checked under the house, took pictures, and explained to me what was going on. He said Childers would be out in a day or two to fix the problem. Great on the job person.

John and Michael were very professional and polite. The crew did a great job. Logan was our hero crawling under our house in a very small space. They were efficient, careful and cleaned up when they were finished. We were very impressed and grateful!

I want to give a special thanks to Michael for working with us and developing a plan to fix the problems . After my last post he came out twice to talk with us and then came out to help fix the issues. Michael and the crew worked hard to get everything completed. I do not have pictures at this time.

A couple years ago they came out to level our home. We needed one room done but they said the whole house would need to be done. We had them come back out and redo it because they just used whatever was under the house (old wood pieces, etc) and the floor in other rooms were not level.

I guess the guys were upset about redoing it. It is worse all over the house, especially in different areas where my floor sticks up and is bumpy, especially in our room and bathroom. Every time I walk across my floors barefoot, I want to cry, and sometimes I do because of how bad it is. I was afraid to call Childers Brothers back for a third time.

$15,000 later our floor is so bad we will have to have the house redone again (after I pay off the first loan).

Jon came back 6 months after the original work, for a second inspection, and verified that the changes have been stable. It was a pleasure to visit with Jon about the soil conditions and causes of the slab issue and how to prevent it. He didn't make me feel stupid for not calling Childers sooner. He will be back in 6 months to check again on the progress.

Jon was amazing and very informative. He did a full assessment on our house and told us that no work needed to be done. We love an honest business that doesn’t just try to take your money and would recommend to anybody.

John did an outstanding job at turning our previously horrible experience with another company, into a wonderful experience with Childers! I cannot speak highly enough of him or Childers. He answered every question, was there every step of the way, was respectful, honest, and our project was executed with exactly the materials and precisions he explained. It was great to work with John, he came out and walked us through the best option and broke it down on what needed to be fixed. After that we were told it would be around 4-5 weeks but within 1-2 weeks they were out and ready to fix it which was amazing! Everything we were promised had been followed through with and everything came out great and we feel/see immediate improvement. A week later John came by and asked how everything went and the overall experience. Customer service was amazing and I would just overall recommend this company and talking with John about any concerns with your foundation he was great!! Very honest and friendly people!
