Foundation reviews across the US

How these guys accomplish all that they do in such a short time is beyond amazing! Even after losing a day because of rain, they finished the job the on day they originally promised! Plus, it's obvious that they enjoy working together!

They were very professional and thorough on everything they did. Answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the entire process and even made to sure to leave everything clean and spotless when they were done. Definitely recommend.

They leveled my very old Heights house. Alot of digging had to happen. They corrected doors that no longer worked, fixed plumbing that broke and were very easy to work with. Very reasonably priced.

Excellent service! Arthur did a great job with my sinking garage slab.

Top notch foundation company at an affordable price. In the Houston area it is difficult to match the bang for buck performance given by Arthur and his team. They guided me through every step of the process and kept me informed regarding weather delays and progress. 5 star

I’d give Arthur 6 starts if I could. He’s professional, honest and transparent. He leveled my pier and beam home in less than a day.

I was very pleased with the work that was performed. Arthur was devoted to making sure the work he was doing was exactly what I was expecting. My house is definitely stronger now after the work that Permanent Solutions performed.

Arthur showed up on time, very communicative, fairly priced and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Worked hard to make sure job was finished as promised. Left area clean.
Would definitely hired him again

Arthur showee up when scheduled. He communicated well and educated me on what was happening and what was needed to fix my foundation. His service was amazing. Will definitely use again!

We just got our pier and beam foundation repaired by Arthur and his team. He is professional from the estimate to completion. When you have someone working under your house where you can’t see, you need someone you can trust. Arthur is trustworthy for quality of work, transparency and fairness of cost. Highly recommended.

I have used several companies for pier and beam home leveling. But never got a job I was really happy with u til I hired Permanent Solutions.

Permanent Solutions Foundation Repair llc
Arthur Provided excellent service. He went above, and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Great foundation Company

Repair was quick. Same day and very knowledgeable. He handled the job as if it were his house.

I highly highly recommend Permanent Solutions Foundation Repair. Of all the contractors I called, Arthur, the owner, was one of the few ones that called me back. He drove in the pouring rain to come give me an estimate to ensure the appointment accomodated my hectic work schedule. He gave me a great estimate, he kept me updated all throughout the process and he was so honest, didnt try to sell me things I didnt need and even gave me money back for work we didnt end up needing. He is amazing. I happily highly recommend him.

For something as important as your houses foundation you hope you can find someone who is trustworthy, does excellent work and has a fair price. I found all three with Arthurs team and Permanent Solutions Foundation Repair. They put in 27 piers, leveled my house and most important gave me the peace of mind that the work was done correctly. Well done!

I was in desperate need to get my home fixed. I am a senior on a fixed income. All quotes for repairs over 7k. I could not afford it. Months later I was referred to PSFR, they came out gave me a quote, 3 days later my home is like new. Now I can sleep nights. Thanks Arthur, and thank God.

Arthur and his crew from Permanent Solutions Foundation Repair came out to level my home. Arthur was very knowledgeable, honest and professional. After the job was done, Arthur told me that they did not use all the material that Was originally factored into the job so he actually sent me a refund. I would definitely recommend Arthur and his company over and over again.

If you’re looking for a person you can trust with your foundation I would definitely recommend Arthur and his team. I received several quotes and Arthur was the only one honest enough to tell me I only needed the back done and that doing the entire home would be over kill. His prices are the best in town. If your in need of foundation repair give his team a shot you won’t be disappointed.

Arthur, the owner of Permanent Solutions Foundation Repair llc, is a great guy, hardworking, honest, and very professional. They also cleaned everything after themselves, and helped me dispose of the extra dirt where I really needed it. They could have charged me more by adding a pier, but he finally thought it was not necessary. I really appreciate his honesty, and great job. Highly recommended.

I hired Arthur to fix my severely settled house. Him and his crew came in and sorted the whole thing out in 1.5 days. I’m extremely happy with the results. Arthur was easy to deal with and I would hire him again.
