He showed me exactly where there were low spots in the slab of my house.
Sammy Ayyad was very professional, courteous and provided me invaluable insights about my ssues and concerns.

Krista was just awesome in her knowledge and explaining everything. The crew, Jorge, Hugo, Jose, David, Iluviny, and Kevin were great! They all did a really good job and the clean up was really nice. I can already tell the difference. I would recommend them over any other Foundation company in San Antonio!!! And their pricing was comparably good. You need to go with Risen Foundation!!!!!!!

Risen Foundations exceeded my expectations. From first contact to past completion, Sammy Ayaad was professional helpful. I received four different quotes, and price-wise they were in the middle, but I had the most confidence in Risen after talking to Sammy. The repair was efficient and completed with respect to my home and yard. I highly recommend Sammy and his team at Risen Foundation.

Krista has been amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, and always made sure we were 100% comfortable, and aware of the next steps moving forward. Krista checked in each evening throughout the process after the crew left. Making sure we were comfortable and notified of how the day went. There was constant communication, so we were never questioning what was happening. If we did have a question Krista shared her knowledge and got back to us almost immediately. Never once did it seem like a bother.
We had such a wonderful experience with her!

The crew chief had was Osman. And his members were Chris, Kevin, and Jorge. They were as equally important throughout the entire process as well. They arrived when they were suppose to, and left for the day at the time we were informed they would be done. The guys were very respectful of our home and property. They also kept us informed each day and checked in and out at the beginning and ending of there shift. These four men are a very hard working crew! Our property was cleaned up each evening to the best of their ability. And at the end of the repairs you’d hardly even know they were here at all. Having children, they made sure safety was first. Covering their work areas each night before leaving to prevent any accidents. I knew our family wouldn’t have any accidents consider were a construction site. Did I mention they finished a few hours ahead of schedule!? My husband and I were extremely happy about that. The entire Risen Foundation team and workers did a tremendous job! I highly highly recommend them.

My wife and I are so happy with the results and work everyone on the Risen team provided for our home’s foundation. Sammy Ayyad came out promptly and took all initial measurements so he could provide us with a complete proposal. He answered all of our questions and gave my wife and I confidence that Risen was the right company for the job. After we accepted the proposal, everything was scheduled and work began shortly thereafter. Work was completed in only two days because there was such a big team of hard working guys. The entire crew that helped was very kind. Our son took a special liking to them all and was sad to see them go. Before the day ends I wanted to say how thankful I am to have received Foundation Solution in the company Risen!! My Initial meet was with Eleazar a field supervisor working on a different site in another neighborhood. After stating my interest he connected me with the scheduler for my initial meet with Krista who became my project manager. From the jump she oozed calmness and wisdom in my moment of distress. She said “first off your roof isn’t going to come down.” That was such a relief to know. From there she walked us through every step, gave us the overall picture of the problem allowing our questions/concerns to be address and scheduled our project date. On day one Krista and Trevor came out to make sure beams were where they were. Two Project crews came out Lalo the crew chief with crew members Antonio, Christopher and Carlos and Jairo crew chief with crew members John, Alejandro, Eduardo and German. Both crews were very professional and worked well with each other. They covered all inside furniture and floors to protect from debris, which was an added bonus. They took precautionary measures to have a plumber come out to turn off water Alex the inspector came out and made sure work was to proper standard and also answered out last minute question. After work was done and the crew lifted the house, they filled in holes and cleaned up. Work was fast but Efficient. Thanks Risen, you have restored my trust!

Risen Foundation did an exceptional job on my foundation repair. The project manager, Krista, was outstanding—she communicated clearly throughout the entire process, shared her expertise in foundation repair, and was always available to answer any questions, making the project completely stress-free. The foundation repair leader, Chris, and his entire crew (Christopher, Bryan, David, DeMarcus, Israel, Christian, Dagoberto, Glenn, and Justin) were professional, efficient, and demonstrated excellent workmanship. The worksite was kept clean and organized throughout the project. I highly recommend Risen Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair services.

I had major foundation problems & interviewed 3 other companies before I chose Risen. Kip was fantastic to work with. The project was completed on schedule. All team members were working on my home were polite, friendly and respectful of me and home. A special shout out to Chris, Jairo and John. The Risen Foundation Solutions crew did an excellent job in repairing my cracked foundation. My project manager Krista is professional, highly skilled and a very good communicator. She made me feel confident to move forward with the project because of her and her crew’s expertise and technical knowledge. Risen Foundation does a great job. First, Krista came to our house, took measurements, and explained the process, answering any questions I had. There was no pushiness, she told me to talk to my wife and call if we had any questions. I really enjoyed not being sold. This was the state of the foundation, this was the price, this was the work that’ll be done, and call us if you want to accept.

Once the work started, the crew was so professional. Jairo, Alejandro, Antonio, John, and Michael worked tirelessly to get the project done in two days total. Cleanup was excellent, aside from the patched concrete I can’t even tell giant holes were dug alongside my house.

I would recommend Risen to anyone looking for foundation work on their home.

Crew Chief Chris and Crew Members Christopher, Dagoberto, Dariun, Glenn, and Justin. They were all polite, professional, and hardworking from start to finish! They had to work through some pretty cold weather, and I honestly felt bad for them, but they pushed through the long hours. I could see how dedicated and on top of everything they were. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work really stood out. 👌

I had a really good experience with Risen Foundation Solutions! I solicited proposals from 6 different bidders to place steel piers to address the settling foundation on my home, so I had opportunity to observe each bidder's customer-facing skills, needs assessment expertise, responsiveness, flexibility, technical solution, and pricing. All bidders had very similar assessments of the situation with our foundation, but the proposals varied widely in scope and pricing. I was very pleased with how Kip walked me through the technology and submitted a custom solution that met my criteria and addressed my concerns. After evaluating the bids I felt very comfortable moving forward with Risen. Kip described how the project would proceed. He delivered on everything he promised, and the overall product and job performance exceeded my expectations across the board. No surprises, no gotchas.

Then there's the crew…. I was told the project would take two days to install 15 steel piers. (My neighbor's similar project with a different provider lasted over a week). David and his crew (Anthony, Larry, Jose, Glenn, Demarcus, Markos, Israel, and Bryan) arrived at 8:15 AM and went straight to work. They completed the work, restored and cleaned up the site, and left at 3:15. That's only 7 hours, folks! They were professional, respectful, responsive, and efficient. I also observed how they bagged the soil as they excavated, then later backfilled with the soil from the bags, leaving the job site very clean with little impact to the yard.

Kip and his team also did a great job of project coordination. They provided timely communications, and coordinated with other workers, inspectors, and engineers so that there was minimal down time awaiting the green light to move forward and wrap up.

Doing a foundation repair job on my home was certainly not on my bucket list or Top 10 favorites list. But the Risen team delivered a product and service I feel good about and I now have a confidence in the integrity of my home foundation that I did not have before. Risen Foundation Solutions was a good choice - they gave me the best solution at the best price, without breaking the bank.

Although I had been dreading this process, I was amazed at how professional and easy Risen made the project look. They sent 3 teams to ensure the project ran smoothly and was completed in a single day. They cover the floors to preserve them, they get busy first thing in the morning, and they clean up afterwards. I would very highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair work done on their property. Risen just recently completed our foundation repair services. Krista was outstanding with her communication and commitment to customer service. She answered all our questions and made sure that the process was seamless from beginning to end. The crew that arrived was very professional, courteous, and made sure that the entire perimeter of the house was spotless after both days of being on the job. Our house has been repaired but it looks as if no one has been here. That’s how clean Jose, Brayan, Oli, Anthony, Eduardo, Antonio, Humberto, Jairo, John, and Alejandro left our house. We cannot thank Rizen enough for putting our minds and foundation at ease. We will definitely be recommending them if anyone we know has foundation issues. I have attached a few photos I took. We got our entire perimeter of the house done with piers.

We recently had Risen come out to perform an assessment of our homes foundation. Starting with the intial consultation from Krista to the performance by the crew to do the work (Chief David and crew Brayan, Israel, Marcos, Mark, Hugo, Kevin, and Iluviney) the work exceeded expectations. We have unfortunately had many crews over the years for various projects and they were the best ones of the bunch. Here are the high points:

- Krista came in with an assessment that complemented our independent engineer's report with a competitive price and no pressure to make a sale, but rather clearly explained what they would do.

- The job was scheduled promptly and we were given guidance along the way on how to prep the home for the project.

- The crew was quick and courteous, finishing ahead of schedule. This is inclusive of a plumbing incident that they were quick to solve.

I hope not to see them again due to the nature of the project, but glad they were on for the installation of the piers.

My Mother's 25 year old house had started to show several signs of foundation issues, including cracks inside and even the front steps pulling away from the slab. I had heard about Risen from several of my neighbors and after reading several positive reviews, I called them and scheduled an evaluation. I knew when I met Kip that we would be in good hands. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about foundations and the work that a repair would entail. It was also a positive to learn that he is one of the owners of the company. He described the process in great detail and showed me the measurements as he was going through the house. He gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote and I let him know that I also had another company coming by to give me their evaluation in a few days. He thanked me for giving them a chance and I agreed to call him and let him know if I would go with them or not. After getting the quote from the other company I realized that Risen had actually given me a great price and an even better warranty than anyone else would (lifetime). The other company offered me only a 5 year warranty and they actually came in higher priced. Long story short, they just finished the project. The house was not only stabilized but also raised back to its normal level. Everything went well and his crew did an outstanding job! I appreciate how dedicated they were and want to specifically mention crew chief Jairo and his guys John, Eduardo and Alejandro. Thank you for your hard work and politeness to my Mother. I will definitely use Risen for my other homes if I ever have foundation issues and I will recommend them with a smile to friends and family. Thanks!

I had a really good experience with Risen Foundation Solutions. I started noticing cracks inside and outside my house and met with Sammy, who did a full assessment of the situation. His analysis showed a couple of areas of concern, but in his view it was a judgement call on if I should proceed with stabilizing the foundation. I made the decision to go forward as I wanted peace of mind that the issue would not get any worse. On the day of the work, I met Chris, the crew chief, along with Justin, Dariun, Christopher, and Glenn, who spent the day stabilizing my foundation. Sammy also came by to discuss the work involved and asked if I had anymore questions. All the gentlemen were professional and did an excellent job of working around my sprinkler system and landscape pavers. They cleaned up afterward and left my yard looking great.

What a great experience and service from Risen. From the initial assessment to project completion, Sammy (Project Manager) was always available for questions and concerns. On the day of the project, the crew exhibited a willingness to explain the process when I asked questions throughout the day.
