We used Talent for a rodent problem at our house and they were super informative and helpful in solving this issue. Nicholas performed a very thorough inspection of the house top to bottom, then walked me through the house to show all the potential points of entry and how we can work to solve the problem. Once we finished our walk through he went over a full report with photos of exterior and crawlspace issues. It was a super helpful inspection that taught me a lot about how rodents get into homes and what can be done to prevent it. The technicians did a great job sealing all the points of entry in the crawlspace and inside. Since the work was completed in 11/24, we’ve not seen any rodent activity. All in all, we had a great experience with Talent and would highly recommend using them!

The estimate was fair, then they found work that they didn’t need to do, so they let me know and reduced the price. Then they found work that was needed that they overlooked and addressed it as part of the price. Ian referred other contractors for plumbing and finish carpentry that were similar in their manner and approach and easy to work with. Cannot say enough great things about the team at Talent!

They were respectful, courteous, fast and efficient. But the most impressive thing about it all, was after they were done with the work, they left the yard immaculate!!!! And I am a neat freak, so this the highest praise I can give!!!
