I so appreciate the hard honest work of this company, they are my Go-To’s for termite and moisture, and Melissa makes it all so easy for me to!! Thank you Mel!!

The team was quick and efficient. Everything was done as described except I didn’t get a final inspection.

price was a big deal for me with my crawlspace project so i had the 3 main 3letter company’s come and quite it with a range of $26,000-$33,000 for the job. Talent came in much less than the three main competitors with better materials. and when i asked the big competitors about the disparity they started reducing their prices by $6,000-$10,000. it makes you wonder why they didn’t offer competitive pricing to start 🤦‍♂️! Talent is an undiscovered gem! i’m surprised they haven’t done any advertising until now. 10/10 recommend them!

Melisa Day with Talent is the absolute best on so many levels! I highly recommend her and this company!

From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. Nich, the technician who performed the service, was outstanding—knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough in his work.

Melissa Day and the entire team at Talent is the best and always there to assist their clients! Highly recommend working with them!

Trusted & effective solutions!!! We've had the attic flashing & insulation treatment as well as regular indoor & outdoor service. We love Nich!

I really liked the work done by this company.and the staff was fast and friendly thank you guys!

Tyler Jackson helped my family’s home with their foundation solutions. He arrived promptly, was incredibly kind, and knew what he was talking about! I’m hoping I don’t have anymore foundation issues, but if I do, I’m calling for Tyler!

Just finished a crawl and attic inspection with Ryan. He was great. Professional, honest, great suggestions and recommendations to improve our home. I 100% recommend Talent Termite services.

DON’T CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!! Talent is by far the best foundation company in Virginia. Expectations far exceeded. They even removed a bunch of yard waste they didn’t create! It is rare that you find a company that goes above and beyond, communicates clearly, and then over-performs in every aspect. I highly recommend!!!!

Melissa is awesome, she's always available and eager to assist. I also love the fact that they offer a text option where Jenna, Brittany, Tracie, and Lindsay are quick to respond.

LOVE Talent! We’ve had our crawl space inspected by Nich and he was very knowledgeable and provided trustworthy information for us. Highly recommended 🙌🏻

Great experience with this company! They came out quickly after I called, took care of the pest problem right away, and the price was very reasonable. Professional, efficient, and reliable—highly recommend!

We desperately had to come up with a solution to keep water from traveling into our crawlspace on heavy rain days. Nich came up with a plan to install a sump pump to collect and pump the water out. I have peace of mind every time we have heavy rains. A professionally run company and also offered a 6 months payment plan with no interest. It was a win all the way around!

Talent Foundation Solutions really knows what they are doing. Staff called me back promptly to set a date to repair my foundation and discuss waterproofing concerns. Highly recommend! Vet owned!

Melissa Day and Talent Foundation Solutions are my go to in my real estate business. They are professional, honest, and do excellent work. Great communication as well.

As a local REALTOR, Talent has been my go to Termite and Moisture Company that I recommend to any buyer or homeowner. I have even used them on my personal home for treatments. The staff is always available and if they are not able to answer, I get a call back within a reasonable amount of time. Everyone from the admin staff to the inspectors and crawl repair crews are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Talent will continue to be my number one recommendation!

Talent is definitely a can-do kind of company! They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient, and will give you honest information with well-done work. Have recommend them many times and will continue to do so!

The wood crew from talent foundation solutions were working on my neighbors house and I had questions about our house as well. They were incredibly informative and helpful. Definitely will call for them to inspect when the time comes.

Since Talent took on customers of Ewell, we have had the privilege of having Nich as our technician for our yearly inspections. Nich is very thorough, polite, understandable, and a kind and great worker. Recently at our last inspection he found some work that needed to be updated. He laid it all out for us in an email, explaining what needed to be taken care of and how it would be completed. The work was all under the house. The crew came and replaced the vapor barrier, installed a sump pump and replaced a vent cover screen. The job was done professionally and the crew worked to get it all completed!
We highly recommend Talent Pest Control and continue to be pleased and valued customers!
