We contacted Trifusion about looking at our new home, and they provided a free estimate. Luckily for us, they didn't find anything wrong. The person who helped us didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, and honesty like that is difficult to find these days. They were kind and courteous and very helpful. We will be going through them in the future if we have any issues with our home.

They were SO fast and friendly! I called to schedule the repairs thinking it would take weeks or even months to get in (like I was quoted from others) but they got us on the books for the next week! Jill was so patient with all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. Thanks to the entire Trifusion crew for ALL their hard work!

Tri-fusion came and installed 4 piers at our property for a great price! Very communicative, and I appreciated their willingness to teach repairs and make sure I understood what was happening and why!

If I could give zero stars I would! I called to make an appt for an estimate the lady on the phone basically told me I had to get 2 other estimates and that they had to be the 3rd and final one. They came gave my estimate . They come to do the repairs …. They destroyed my flowerbeds n hundreds of dollars worth of flowers …had they discussed what they would be doing I gladly would have removed my flowers out of the way..the day of the poly which is inside …. They literally had a kid maybe 18-20 yr old fixing my life investment without any supervisor or mentor! They left my floor with 3 bubbles. Basically hills under my carpet n tile . They had to drill in the carpet they cut out several pieces I was expecting this but they didn’t even bother to keep the cut out pieces next to the holes so I could attempt to fix them…then they come to try to make the flooring hills right … I should have did it myself atleast I clean up after myself !! When it came time to pay… the lady in the office is as dinghy as the day is long.. she ran my card twice because she didn’t read the invoice she sent me …. Then she ended up sending me someone else whole invoice ! They have no communication among the crew , two people literally called me to do everything . I spent over 12k with this company … please do yourself a favor and look else for your services.. by far the worst experience ! Called me asking me to update this review!!!so unprofessional ,.. I went to drop off my payment the man who was suppose to be there was no where to be found ….I couldn’t even find the building as this business doesn’t even have any signs up indicting their place of business !!!! Ruuuuunnnnn from these people !!!!

Great people to work with they are friendly and do what they say which is rare to find in business today. Austin went above and beyond to complete his part of the job. I truly appreciate them getting my job completed in a timely manner.

I had some outside cracking of the native stone veneer. Mike came out and checked it and gave a good explanation of why it needed 4 piers. The job began several days later and was completed in 2 days. The cleanup was pretty good. I had to do some minor landscaping afterward to smooth out the dirt that was removed. That was in May of 2017. I recently noticed some cracks on the other end of my house and called Trifusion again. Mike came out and looked, measured the interior floor for level, and told me that I didn't need any piers this time and explained the difference in the cracks this time versus the cracks I had in 2017. I appreciate the honesty and will use this company in the future, if needed, and recommend them to anyone else that needs foundation stabilization.

The owner of this company is highly educated in construction, pier installation, poly-injections, and will explain every detail of the process explicitly. His customer service is respectful and honest and the work is done quickly and efficiently. Barring acts of God, this is THE place to go if you have foundational issues! His prices are fair and explanations will always be offered in regards to financing, the ‘whys’ & ‘hows’ of the job and he will be totally transparent and not tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear to understand the process. I’m forever impressed!

I called and talked with Lindsey and was able to get an appointment very quickly for someone to do an estimate on my foundation. The gentleman that came (Mark, I believe) out was very knowledgeable and explained the process that would happen inside and outside on my foundation. This was not the first company I had contacted to come out for an estimate however after hearing the technichian explain everything, it appears that the other company may have tried to oversell what was actually needed. Once the repairs were scheduled Lindsey called and said they would actually be able to get me in earlier than scheduled. They were quick and efficient. Very happy with the work and the customer service.

I am a Realtor. I had a big complicated repair on a house under contract. Time was of the essence. Trifusion stepped up and took care of it. They explained everything well, did what they said they would do and gave me detailed instructions and updates through the entire process. We closed on time! I will use them again for sure.

I looked at the list for piering and narrowed it down to two but it was still a guess. Here is what I found; Trifusion has the engineering knowledge for problems with slabs, sinking concrete, testing for leaks in sewer lines and have the equipment and tech men with experience to come in and fix it. I was pleased with the results and greatly relieved that I don't have a problem now. Since they do plumbing, I asked them to fix and outside hydrant which they did. They were respectful and did not leave a mess. I asked a lot of questions and they explained things and answered honestly.

Trifusion saved the day for me when my previous structural company stood me up twice! Within 5 hours of calling, they had the boss on the road to me an hour and half away! I received a thorough report same day and it save a $300,000 transaction! Highly recommend! Great customer service!

I was really impressed with how fast they were to respond and how fast they got the job done. This was my first experience with piering. Trifusion showed up a day early to accommodate the incoming weather. I enjoyed working with Jill, she kept me updated and posted, and she kept in touch throughout the whole process, always quick to respond. I will most definitely call them for my next flip, if we have are in need of piering.

These guys are awesome for all of your plumbing needs! We had Matt out to help with a few things at our new house and took care of everything. He was honest, helpful and didn’t leave a trace after he finished! If you’ve ever had a bad experience with a plumber, call these guys next time!

A center non-support wall was sinking in our home. Trifusion sent an excellent crew to foam the entire area and raise the wall back into place in three hours at an excellent price. The work is very good. We are very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

We appreciate Mike....he came out & explained the process which was great because we had severe foundation problems. He installed 17 piers, foam injection to raise the slab (which had sunk as much as 3 inches). When this process was done everything was even. We will definitely use this company again if needed.

Trifusion came out today to level my house. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. The warranty they offer is great. Trifusion foam injection was way cheaper than the cost of piers. The process took less than one day which was great for my busy schedule. I will definitely use them in the future if I need more work done.

My husband and I recently bought a new home and Trifusion installed piers prior to closing. When I called about the warranty I spoke with Ingrid, she was wonderful and got us taken care of. I also spoke with Mark, about something we were concerned about he was very helpful in addressing our concerns and helping us understand.
Very satisfied, will recommend.

I had a great experience thanks to James! They came out even though the weather has been horrible and did a great job adjusting and shimming our Crawl space! They gave me ideas of what to expect and told me they'll come out anytime in the next 3 years to adjust if needed. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Talk about doing exactly as they said they would. They installed the steel piers, closed up the holes and then they completely cleaned up the area, outside of the dirt covering the holes you couldn't tell anything was done. They even patched up mortar where there were cracks. They also didn't put you on a long waiting list like the other guys who claim they are to busy for my small project.
They did exactly what they said would be done. Extremely satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone.

Communication was excellent. Up front with everything. Great explanation of the scope of work & any additional work that was required. The bid was clear & easy to understand. Additional pricing of added work that might be needed was upfront and honest. Would recommend this company to others. Will use them again when needed.
