We were very pleased with the quality of work done. We had a large crack in our entry way floor that closed up after the work was done. The guys cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.

The crew did an absolutely amazing job. Because of the threat of rain the following day, there were extra workers to get the job completed in one day and they stayed later than normal. While they were working, I was visualizing how messy the yard would be when they were done, but I was totally surprised when they finished. The yard was clean, the sidewalks and driveway were clean and, except for the disturbed dirt along the foundation, the gardens were back to what they were before they arrived. Thank you, Bay Area Foundation Repair, for the excellent job.

Excellent work. They explained the whole process and answered all my questions. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after. They took care of everything and didn't leave till i was happy.

Bay Area Foundation is owned by a man whom I've known for many years, going back to when he was in high school. I know him to be extremely honest, his workers are well trained and they completed a very complicated repair exactly as promised and on time. I also had him repair my daughter's house and she, too, is more than pleased. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Excellent service and company! Braden and his crew are the best! We couldn’t be happier with the job they did. We had 5 different foundation companies inspect our home, and Braden provided the best and most clear solution to fix our foundation. His team installed 38 piers/pilings, which included extensive tunneling under our foundation to raise the center of house. It is now back to 0.0 level and we are very satisfied with their work. Bay Area Foundation came did a rather large building for us. Unfortunately, the settling of the building caused a myriad of issues including but not limited to plumbing, sheetrock, doors, etc. The crews came and fixed every issue we had. There were professional, clean, and very respectful of the property. All while we were working in the building. It was a big job. Throughout the project, someone from BAF was there every day to oversee the job site. The pricing was extremely competitive, especially considering the scope of the repairs required. I highly recommend Bay Area Foundation.

Bay Area is easy to work with, reasonably priced and the workmanship is amazing.

These fellas are straight up professionals! Good clean work in a very timely manner at a respectable price point. Their skills and effort is apparent in their work. These guys treat foundation leveling like an art. It was a symphony of lazer levels, bottle jacks and piers drivers. It was beautiful. After they finished, they cleaned up around my house like they were never there. Can’t recommend them enough!

Trifusion was great to work with. They came out and did polymer injection in my home. Great customer servive. They ladies in the office were wonderful! The owner and his crew explained the process the whole thing through.
