Garage Builder reviews across the US

Joe and his team at Minneapolis Garage were the best. They were easy to contact and a great partners to work with. Each part of the process went well from tear down to the final electrical. We would recommend to anyone who asks.

Minneapolis Garage Builders did a demo of my old garage in South Minneapolis & than built me a wonderful new one. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. I found them easy to work with & always available to answer any questions I had. The city of Minneapolis didn't make this easy on any of us, but Rich navigated his way through that process effortlessly. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a new build. Many thanks to Joe, Rich, Travis and the rest of the guys.

Joe and his team were phenomenal and professional during the entire process of our garage construction. Our garage needed a total rebuild after a summer storm, and Joe was incredibly helpful at the beginning of this project. There was great communication and the team works so well together! Our garage looks fantastic! Could not recommend more if you need a garage!

We had Minneapolis Garage Builders replace our old one car garage with a new two car garage and they were great to work with. Everyone who came to the site was friendly and professional, and Joe and our project manager Travis were very helpful and informative. We really appreciated the level of communication we had from them around scheduling and what to expect from the process. There were a lot of moving parts but everything went smoothly and it was one of the easiest contractor experiences we have had. I would highly recommend them!

Great, smooth job. From Demo through concrete, framing and roofing, stucco and electrical, it went like clockwork, and the result has drawn compliments from the neighbors.

MSP Garage Builders tore down our old garage and built a new one in its place. The garage was built very well. MSP worked with the city and responded to their changing requirements. MSP kept me well informed and responded promptly to our inquiries. The garage is very nice and I would highly recommend MSP to anyone looking for a new garage.

Minneapolis Garage Builders were a pleasure to work with on our new garage project. From planning and design to the finishing touches, the communication and follow through were excellent, and the final product turned out great!

We recently built our new garage with Minneapolis Garage Builders and it was a fantastic experience! All throughout the process Joe and the rest of the team were outstanding to work with.
Starting with our garage Joe was really helpful with our design process. We own a weird lot and wanted to build a double long garage (40’x16’) instead of a side by side double garage(24’x24’). He was very receptive and a good listener. He was very flexible and willing to help us make our atypical vision happen.
Once the project started all the work flowed promptly. All the different contractors were profession and did high quality work. The demolition, concrete slab pouring, framing, roofing and electrical workers were easy to work with, were punctual and easy to talk with when we had questions. The workers were kind and kept the job site neat and tidy.
Travis the project manager did a great job with communicating and responding to our calls and text messages when we had questions or concerns. Having your backyard become a construction zone can be more stressful than anticipated so this support was very helpful.
All in all I would highly recommend building your garage with Minneapolis Garage builders. They do high quality work and the customer support was outstanding.

Minneapolis garage replaced our 1 car garage with a new 2 car garage and attached finished office space. They helped us figure out the best place in our yard for the new garage, worked through all the permitting and plans, and we could not be happier with it. Due to adding a finished space, the project did experience some delays outside of their control. They did a great job keeping us informed and keeping the project moving where they could control it. If we had just built a standard garage the project would have been done within the agreed upon timeline. The price was very fair for what we got. Highly recommend!

The entire team at Minneapolis Garage Builders were fantastic! They were recommended to us by a Design Build company and it was a smooth process from start to finish. Great communication throughout the build and each team was considerate and friendly to work with. They took the time to explain the entire process before beginning and had all information in a handy printout for me to reference along with all their contact information. The crews kept the site clean and cleared of any materials or tools which was helpful with my littles running around. I could not be more pleased with our new garage and the entire team. Highly recommend!

communication is prompt and expectations clearly laid out - each step of the construction process delineated, handled by a talented professional crew, and timely - love the overall results - did a number of custom elements that came together to enhance our property and provide a functional, wonderful new garage

Joe and his team just completed our new garage build. I have nothing but positive things to say. Their work and communication was great. Every single contractor who was on site answered any questions we had, cleaned up after themselves and was just super friendly.

I had a great experience with Mpls Garage Builders. Everything, from the estimate to the final inspection, was clearly communicated, on time, and well executed. I always knew what to expect next- which has not been my experience with contractors on other home projects. I love my new garage and smile every time I drive my car in. I recommend this company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mpls Garage Builders and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and communicative.
They took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall layout. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding, and they completed the project timely and within budget.
I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that everything was done to my satisfaction. They kept the workspace clean and respected the entire area throughout the process, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled garage contractors. I’m thrilled with my new garage and grateful for their excellent service!

Great job on the garage build. Good communication throughout the project. Good with working permits and utility companies. Subcontractors were professional and easy to work with. Overall a great experience!!

Minneapolis Garage did an exceptional job for us on a detached 24’x24’ garage from start to finish. Joe came out last Jan, assessed our need and provided a quote within days. As spring approached he kept us current on possible start dates. Once started the subcontractor’s were on time and schedule. They were also very neat and courteous. There were no hidden fees or unexpected add on costs. We highly recommend Minneapolis Garage Builders.

Had a great experience with Minneapolis Garage Builders. They replaced my small old garage with a 2-car one. They were always responsive during the process, provided completive price and delivered quality work. I appreciate that the whole process was smooth and easy. I love my garage, and thank you! :)

We love our new garage! The quality of the work was great and the crews that worked on it were friendly and neat. Generally things went according to schedule and the communication was good. Highly recommend!

Minneapolis Garage Builders tore down our 1-car garage and built a 2-car garage for us this summer. We are so happy with it! From start to finish, the entire experience was great!

What really stood out was their phenomenal communication - from the owner to the project manager to the concrete contractor to the electrician! They kept us informed every step of the way, they returned all our texts and emails very promptly! We were thoroughly impressed with this.

It was clear to us that they take pride in their work and care about their customers, which made the whole process stress-free knowing that we were in good hands! We would HIGHLY recommend Minneapolis Garage Builders to anyone looking for a garage contractor! Thank you Joe and Travis for such a great experience!!!

I am very happy with Minneapolis Garage Builders' work. They tore down an old 1 car garage and built a new 2.5 car garage in its place. There was frequent communication over phone and email from several employees involved in the project. The initial quote was carefully itemized and lower than that of local competitors. This quote was consistent with the final price, and suggested adjustments were discussed along the way in a manner that was helpful and transparent. I recommend this company to anyone in the Twin Cities looking for a new garage!

The sales process was smooth, and Joe was great. There did not seem to be many customization options in the design process, but we appreciated the price point relative to other options. Demo and construction went quickly and smoothly and the quality of the garage is very good.
