Garage Builder reviews across the US

I had a very good experience working with Minneapolis Garage Builders. They were communicative throughout the process and kept the workspace clean and organized, which I really appreciated.

Given past experiences with home projects, I was expecting some delays, but the team stayed on schedule and finished the garage in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly, without any effort on my part, and the final result were as promised.

I’d definitely recommend them to others looking for a reliable and professional garage builder.

I had a great experience with Minneapolis Garage Builders. They were very clear on the plan and expected time lines. Their team is professional and courteous with prompt replies to my questions. Competitive price points and swift work was also much appreciated. My garage is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted.

We are very happy with our garage! From the first contact until the completion of the project, Minneapolis Garage Builders has kept us updated and in the loop. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner. Even when the garage door windows that we chose took slightly longer than expected, they made sure to follow up with the supplier and provided us with updates on the delivery status. Very good experience and highly recommended.

Minneapolis Garage Builders have been fantastic to deal with, clear details and great communication. The workers are friendly and have been great to my over exuberant pittie watching their every move. Been dealing with a lot of home improvement companies the last few years and MGB have been the best from top to bottom.

The service from Minneapolis/St. Paul Garage Builders was excellent from start to finish, including the tear down of our old garage. We wanted to expand our existing garage foot print by a few feet in a couple directions and position it so it would be well oriented for solar panels. They provided us the design we needed at an affordable price. They worked cooperatively with our solar company, including flexibilty around who did the electric. They kept us posted on when different phases of the work would begin. Each crew was professional and all took good care with the garden and shrubery near the garage. Very little needed extra attention, but the little that did was given prompt response. We are very pleased with the end result and most certainly recommend their work and professionalism.

Joe and his team were great to work with on our garage -- fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced! We needed some additional supports added to the top of the garage to support the roof, and few companies were willing to do it in our price range. MPLS Garage Builders added even more support than we originally thought we needed, and replaced our garage doors, all within 2 weeks from signing the contract! We would work with them again.

Excellent quality work and even more importantly to me, great communication. Most contractors I've worked with lacked majorly in communication but Joe and his team at Minneapolis Garage Builders communicated with me and kept me updated every step of the way through my garage remodel! Would recommend!

As an electrician we recently installed solar panels on a new garage they built. All I can speak to is the quality of construction and it looked phenomenal! The framing, the trusses, the siding, the paint, the doors, the concrete and every single detail was very well built and done correctly. The electrical was done by Vetters Electric and also phenomenal work. I can’t speak to the rest of the process as far as building permits, cost, timeline, etc but I highly recommend them based on their workmanship.

MPLS Garage Builders were great to work with! They removed an old shed and built a new 2 stall garage in its place. They worked extremely efficiently and everything went to plan. Communication with them during the build was excellent and they handled any questions we had very quickly. Every team that worked on our build was very professional and we never felt like we needed to micro manage anything.

Great communication from start to finish - beginning with the bid until the final walkthrough. The final product exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Minneapolis Garage Builders to everyone looking for a garage build. The team was easy to work with and very professional throughout the entire project.

Minneapolis Garage Builders tore down our old 1-car detached garage and built a 2-car garage for us. We are very happy with it. Joe was great to work with and he has a great team. Good attention to detail, tidy, friendly and overall a great group of guys! Communication all along the way was very good from start to finish. Price was very competitive and reasonable. We would highly recommend Minneapolis Garage Builders to anyone looking for a garage contractor!

We love our new garage! Joe and his team at Minneapolis Garage Builders took a somewhat daunting project and made it seamless. They know what they are doing and how to coordinate all of the moving parts. We found the quote reasonable, and loved the siding, paint, and garage door options. They were able to reroof our house as well as build the garage, which was an added bonus. Highly recommend Minneapolis Garage Builders.

New Garage, did a great job. Very pleased of the outcome of it. Price was good. Would recommend to anyone in deed of a garage.

I just had a project done by Chicagoland Garage Builders in my town of Cicero. I had my one car garage demolished and had a two and half car garage built. The salesman Ryan was there every step of the way.

Chicagoland Garage Builders did a wonderful job building me the garage of my dreams! They work quickly and efficiently, while producing quality work. They were very flexible when it came to my schedule, and I am appreciative for them!

Chicagoland never return calls! I have called at least 13 times about adding gutters to my garage and they never called back. I called another company and they came out and completed the project in one weekend.

This company built me a garage. Soon after it was built it started smelling musty inside. Last year I had extensive leaking around the ridge of the roof. They blamed it on the solar panels but did not give me a clear proof it was the solar panels. I put in insulation in the interior walls and roof sheathing. The insulation is discolored I. Many places where there are leaks and it is getting wet. So it’s leaking not only from the roof but also the walls. They only give a one year warranty which they did not honor last year. Im having the same issue this year but in more places and they did not honor their warranty. They gave me a decent price. It took several months to complete building. They rushed through each step and they didn’t do the next step until months later. I don’t know how long the garage will last.

The company built a garage for me. It was completed in timely fashion. It was the best price as well. Good quality. Electrical setup didn't go as I planned. Also I didn't start off on the right foot with the salesman. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. There have been a couple of issues that popped up, which is to be expected with a new build , but the company immediately sent some one out to inspect and fix the issue, and they did fix it, and were very nice about it.
