Mr. Lorenzo was very professional. He asked if he needed to put on shoe covers because I have a sign outside that says Please take off shoes but I told him no he was fine he took his time and gave me the final diagnosis of my appliances. I don't in any way feel taken advantage of, not like the last person who came and took my money and never came back.
