Honest review: I was worried because I know nothing of amps and volts and breakers. These guys were awesome. My install was smooth, and it looks perfect on my house. I had Yeisson and Paul, and they were so nice and professional. Yeisson even let me ask him a few questions after they had gone when I was having an issue with the FORD EV charger. They did everything perfectly and as per instructions. I am so glad got referred to this company.

There were two guys who installed my charging station. They were both very sweet and nice to both my mom and I. On top of them having stellar service , they also still came out on the day we were supposed to get snow here in GA. They did have to push the time back but they communicated with me every step of the way to ensure that was fine with me. Overall, great experience.

My tech arrived as scheduled and installed the charger without issue. He went over the installation with me and pointed out some grounding issues which he corrected. We were getting tree work done at the same time so I wasn't able to pull my truck in the driveway to try the charger out, so the installer took a lunch break and came back after the trees were cleared for the final "charger" run through. Great Job! It was beyond expectations.

GGES missed my original appointment but came out first thing the very next morning. Because of their error, the company gave me a bonus service. We all make mistakes, but what matters is what we do to correct them. And GGES certainly did what it took to make me a happy customer. The technician did a beautiful job and even helped me remove a shelf so he could do the work. I could not be happier with GGES!

The on-line application with multiple pictures was a little painful but was quick. Rapid approval and follow up communication was excellent. Installation was timely. Installer was very friendly and knowledgable and appears to have done a good job. Unit isn't working but we think this is a charger issue unrelated to the install. The hassle free permitting and follow up inspection was also very smooth and timely.
