The gentlemen that came out to install the shutters were great but the quality of the shutouts are horrible. The material is very cheap. The shutters make a lot of noise when opening or closing them. I have to pull hard to open and push hard to close and they sound like they are coming off the hinges. The installer said that’s the way they are designed. I paid way to much to have to deal with these results. I will never use Home Depot for shutters again.

I had the water heater and PRV valve replaced. The price was reasonable. The service was completed the same day. HD contractor did a good job..communication was good and work was completed on time and the area was cleaned.

Front door from Entry Point was over priced for the service and end product we received. Had it been the result that was expected, it would have been high but acceptable. The designer took many iterations to match the design of the picture that was sent and did not adjust the measurements for the hardware that was purchased, even though those specs were provided. They admitted seeing one of the two attachments but not the other. And added a faux deadbolt hole which had to be covered. I wish we knew to reconsider and push back on that. Installation was good, but delayed 2 months due to “not liking the finish at the quality check.” While I appreciate the quality check pushing back, shouldn’t that be something that is caught earlier and why does it delay a month, which ended up being 2 months due to tariffs, according to their message. Total of 4 months to get our new metal doors. The hardware didn’t fit due to the incorrect measurements in the design and had to be returned and adjusted, resulting in another 2 months delay and an additional $400 to the separate company (we did not like EP’s choices). Entry Point was willing to cover $200 of that cost, which was only 2.5% of our cost of the doors. We have had front doors to our home with towels in the holes for 2 months. At least the smart lock by Schlage works and is very nice.

I was told to trust Entry Point to do a good job and it was not the case. From the snarky sales person to the designer that kept making incorrect adjustments to match a picture (that should have been the easiest part), the people factor has not been good at all. The doors do look nice, albeit still sitting there without door handles.

Home Depot service was great through the planning and setup, it only fell short after being handed over to EP.

I will tell everyone I know to avoid them as it was not worth the extra cost.

Home Depot has the best HVAC Tune-up Black Friday sales. I have used them every year and they always send the best from Coolray, their trusted installation partner. I took advantage for all my properties . Additionally, I had an emergency plumbing leak and I had a great experience with Matthew from Coolray, who came out to fix it. He was prompt, professional, and quickly identified the issue. Matthew was thorough in explaining the repair process and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. Highly recommend using the Home Depot to find a trusted Home Services.

We visited to a nearby Home Depot to purchase a new hot water heater. Greg the gentleman that was in the department was very knowledgeable and helped us a great deal. He promised that if we purchased the heater before 12pm we could have hot water that evening. And he was correct. A great associate!

Installers communicated well, were prompt and professional. Did a very good job with the demo and installation. Cleanup was very good also. Would definitely use again.

Sales experience was great with Mukti! However, the product delivery was incomplete and I wound up having to go pick up some materials. Why if I PAID for delivery? 😶

Lyana meet me with a smile as I walked in offered to help without me even asking! She took me to the exact places that I needed to be to find what was on my list. In the midst, Kyle and Marcus made sure that we didn’t need any extra help or anything. What a delightful experience today that needs to be in every training class for every company!

My experience w/Coolray via Home Depot was excellent! I received quality service at a great price. The tech Reagan even detached my water hose that had burst and I had been trying for 3 days to loosen. I had a plumber coming out but was able to cancel that appt. He even showed and explained some other things I should look into having done and explained why. Thanks again Reagan.
