The Home Depot representative was great at setting expectations and assisting mr of the sale price for this service. My HVAC technician, Gregory, communicated his ETA effectively. Once he arrived, he was very respectful of my property. He walked me through his process and performed his cleaning of the outside unit. The recommendations he made were in line with what I suspected in an older, but well maintained, system. Overall, for the big discount to $29.00 I couldn't ask for better service.

Sadly, it's reasons like this why customers only post bad reviews. Scheduled a consultation at an owner's home during work hours. The owner arrived, but the home services employee never did. After an hour of waiting, we called only to find out that the appointment had been "pushed back" with no notification to the owner. After requesting a follow-up, we still didn't get one.

John & Matthew did a great job. John is a master plumber and really knows his stuff! They will always be our plumber in the future. Highly recommend!!

Fence install. Old fence taken down new installed. They installed a portion incorrectly but it looked ok so I went with it.

Our experience was with Cool Ray. Leon Williams serviced our heat pump/air conditioning system. He also helped us reconnect our thermostat to my cell phone. He was very friendly and did a great job. I hope we get him again.

Cristina was very helpful!! I was canceling Home Depot forever 🙅🏻‍♀️ after Home Depot would not replace a broken part and insisted the only solution was for me to lug an entire six foot heavy shelf across town for an exchange. This was insult to injury because I can’t do that myself and it costs me time and money to get help to make the exchange.

Christina was a bright spot in an upsetting experience - the most collaborative of the customer service reps I worked with at Home Depot (via phone, text, multiple stores) - and she made sure I was at least able to get a comparable shelf for a comparable price on my timeline.

THE guy came in my home and told me I need a new system because my duck work was wrong and my system was old and it just need to be replace. when the sales guy came out he asked if the tech found a leak in my system and I told him no. he didn't check for one. he just was pushing for me to replace the unit. the sales guy told me my system was only a few years old based off the plate on the outside of the unit and sent the tech back out to check the system for a leak. turns out the system do not have a leak and only needs freon. smh the tech was try to sale me harder then the actually sales guy.

I asked the sales person and installation technician about the features I needed in my thermostat. I was assured by both that EcoBee could have smaller monitors placed in other rooms where I could choose which room I wanted the thermostat to work from like Google nest. That was not what im learning they installed. They do have smaller monitors but they only tell you what the temperature is in the other rooms which does me no good. Im very disappointed! The installation tech also took my nest so I cant even have someone else come in and reinstall it to my new unit.
