I don’t remember the guys name but he was very very nice and concerned about making sure the furnace was working properly, I have two pit bull dogs that are a little aggressive, this didn’t bother him one bit. He actually made friends with them, I was going to put them in their cage but he said no need. My house is crowded with 5 people and the dogs and a lot of stuff it didn’t bother him one bit, he was top notch 100% he deserves a raise!

I was sent a photo of the technician before he arrived for positive identification. He arrived on time and ready to work. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job then cleaned up after himself. He also double checked to make sure everything was working properly.

Had my heat system routine serviced and an about 2 weeks later I noticed the heat was coming on. Called Coolray to come back to check it out and they did expeditiously. Both Technicians, the first one along with his supervisor explained what the issue was in a way I could understand and they resolved the issue. The customer service was top notch. Coolray does very good work and their customer service is consistently on point.
