I called CBX Electrical Service and spoke with Chuck for a blown breaker I had that needed to be replaced. He was very attentive and responded quickly to our needs. He came out assessed our issue and gave us a quote to replace breaker which was very reasonable. We allowed him to replace the breaker and found that we had to upgrade based on his assessment. Once he completed the job we have not had any issues. I have him listed in our directory as the preferred Electrician.

Mr. Chuck was great! We lost power due to the huge storm this weekend, but he came the next day. He tried to walk us through some troubleshooting over the phone, but we needed an actual tech to look at the issue. He was very thorough in checking for any electrical issues and gave good advice as to who we could contact to fix the remaining issues. He was kind and very helpful. We'll definitely call him again!

I called CBX Electrical to come take a look at an issue I was having with my kitchen lights. I described the problem to him on the phone and we talked a bit about what may be the problem, as he wanted to see if he could guide me to a solution without me having to spend my money. Having already troubleshot the issue myself for a few hours prior, and given we couldn't sort things out over the phone, I was ready to have somebody come take a look at it.

Mr. Chuck was very friendly and once he got hands and eyes on the light switches, was able to explain to me the issue in a simple manner that I was able to understand. I asked him questions along the way and he was happy to answer. I feel like after having him fix the kitchen lights and talk me through it, if I have similar issues in the future I now have the know how to try to solve the problem myself.

Mr. McCall, Sr. was very professional and gregarious—it was a pleasure to speak to him. He has fantastic energy and made me feel at ease immediately. He made a point to fit me in as soon as he was able because it was related to my cooling system and “it’s too hot to not have a working AC!” I appreciated that he showed me pictures of problem areas I couldn’t see for myself because of where they were located and explained what was going on and how he fixed it. I’ve already given his business card to some friends and will call him first for any future electrical needs.

We recently had Terrell McCall from McCall Enterprises do some electrical work for us on track lighting and recessed fixtures. He did an excellent job. This service was done on a timely basis, and he listened carefully to our needs. He responded quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with his work and will not hesitate to use him in the future.

They did a wonderful job connecting our new bathroom vent to power. We have an old house so nothing is ever easy with electrical, but he found a way through and got it working. First time using them, but won’t hesitate to call them again.

Fast and efficient electrical repair in Midtown Atlanta. I had an apartment with a string of non functioning can lights due to a bad switch and from first call to trouble resolution was about an hour. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

We'd been experiencing issues with the wiring for our facility for several weeks. Though several individuals tried to narrow down the problem, the repair was never quite right and did not last as one would expect.
Terrell however, came out and found the problem within a short time and ordered the parts needed to make the repair a permanent one. He was extremely professional and obviously very knowledgeable. My experience with McCall Enterprises was great. He was punctual, had a great attitude, and was able to give us a thorough diagnostic. Terrell came out pretty quickly for an emergent situation! He also checked up on me the next day to make sure I had no issues with my breakers. Unfortunately I did, and he came back out that day to replace them. He also helped me troubleshoot on why my AC wasn’t working. After reading the good reviews I was thinking "maybe I found the electrician for my job" until they said $95 DOLLARS just to come quote the job. Sorry I can not trust a company that charges you to provide a quote. If their quotes were fair, reasonable and competitive I don't think they'd have to charge you to look at the job. Totally Disappointed

This is an overdue review!! Terrell came out to give me a quote on a grounding rod that our old home needs. He was on time, friendly, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He gave me a very fair quote for not only the grounding rod but some other work we will need to tend to in the future. We were under contract for the home so I couldn't hire him to do the project at the time but when we have the money we know exactly who we are going to call!! We look forward to doing business with him in the future!
