I recently had my electrical system upgraded, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Terrell, the technician who handled the job, did an outstanding job from start to finish. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he’s also a pleasure to work with.

Terrell was very friendly and approachable, and what really stood out was how he took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. I learned so much about my system because he explained everything in real-time, ensuring I understood the upgrades and how they would benefit my home.

Terrell McCall of McCall Enterprises did a fantastic job. He was polite, respectful and professional from the first moment I contacted him late one afternoon about an urgent issue at my daughter’s condo. He promptly arrived the next morning, assessed the situation, provided his recommendations and the issue was resolved. While he was there, I also had him install a ceiling fan and a kitchen light which were done expertly. I highly recommend Terrell for any electrical work you may have.

McCall has now officially been saved as our go-to electrician! Out of the electricians I contacted, Terrell was the only electrician to call me bright and early the next day after my 2am post. (Others who responded only emailed.) He also helped me do trouble-shooting over the phone for the lack of electricity in our master bedroom to make sure that we were both aligned on the type of service I needed and the price related to that service. The other electrician simply told me he could come out for an exorbitant fee to diagnose the problem. As a result of Terrell's guidance, the problem was diagnosed and resolved quickly, and he went above and beyond to limit the number of service calls needed to fix the solution. Honesty, integrity, and overall just a good human...thanks Terrell for being great at being an electrician!

Terrell was my service provider electrician and he was as quite literally the exact person I was hoping to get. Fast, efficient, extremely polite, and truly a master electrician who is willing to talk with you and share his knowledge. He came out and diagnosed my problem and fixed it right away and explained what he was looking for and doing so the same mistake wouldn't be made again. I then showed him so other issues I was having and he went above and beyond trying to help find a solution. If you have electric needs. This is the company to call and Terrell is who you ask for!

We were referred to McCall Enterprises by a neighbor. We called McCall on a Monday to hang a chandelier from an 18’ ceiling at our home, the work was scheduled for the next morning (New Year’s Eve day) between 8-8:30am. Terrell arrived promptly at 8am and began to work. Throughout the entire project, Terrell was friendly, courteous and professional. The work was done in just over an hour and the chandelier looks fantastic. We would hire them again.

They were absolutely amazing. He came in and immediately diagnosed the issue quickly saving us potentially hundreds of dollars. This was by far the best choice of all of the people that we could have chosen from because of his integrity and knowledge that quickly got our issue resolved. I contacted them to inquire about upgrading my electrical system to support a tankless water heater. I was able to get an appointment next day. Terrell arrived on time, and put shoe covers on before entering the house, which was a pleasant surprise. He was very thorough, explaining everything he was looking at and explaining all my options. He even helped me research the equipment I wanted to purchase to make sure the updates we discussed will be adequate. Unfortunately the project is more than I expected and non-essential. But I plan on doing it next year and am happy I know who to call.

We live in an older house and I have tried to get 2 light fixtures repaired/replaced for years. Terrell replaced one and had the skills to trouble shoot what needed to be done to fix the other (including some rewiring) at a reasonable price.

Fantastic service! Quick, friendly and efficient! Terrell was awesome and made sure I knew what was happening at every step of the repair process.

Terrell got me sorted in less than 2 hours. I had a hot water heater that wasn't working due to electrical issues and he found the problem in 5 minutes, left to get a part and got things working as soon as he came back.
