We have used Advanced Cleaning Systems twice this year to clean 8-by-10-foot area rugs that had more than their fair share of pet stains and odors, though they had previous cleanings over the years. We were new to ACS but happy to find them online. The two area rugs (one cleaned early in 2025; the other in the past month or so) are tufted wool Pottery Barn rugs that are more than 20 years old. Each time, the rug was returned to us smelling good and looking fresh. The pickup and drop-off service was great, and every interaction with ACS has been friendly.

Advanced Cleaning Systems did an amazing job on my rug. They scheduled a time for pick-up and drop-off and the rug came back looking like new. The delivery guys were great with the removal and relaid my rug perfectly. Highly recommend Advanced Cleaning Systems and I definitely will be using them again.

My first time using Advanced Cleaning Services and I am so happy I found a company knows how to clean carpets! I have used other companies but did not get spots out and Advanced Cleaning proved them wrong. The technology they use to make sure your rugs are clean is great. The owner and the men who pick up and deliver your carpets are professional, friendly and great customer service! Highly recommend them 5+ Stars. I also needed new padding and they were able to provide that as well. People who visited me thought I bought new carpets! Great company!

The guys showed up on time, removed our wool area rug and took it to their facility. One week later, as promised, they put the rug back in place and set all the furniture back where it belonged. They were professional and polite and took care in our home. The area rug turned out great, will certainly be using them again in the future for our rug cleaning needs.

Advanced Cleaning Systems (ACS) did a great job cleaning two oriental rugs. The employees were easy to work with and were very efficient. Pick up and delivery went very smoothly and my rugs were cleaned at a reasonable price. ACS is highly recommended.

Fantastic service! They picked the rug up as scheduled and brought it back less than a week later, and this was two weeks before Christmas. The rug was like new again. I will definitely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Our storage unit was flooded by a class 3 sewage leak. We were thankful to find Advanced Cleaning Systems and save our fine wool rug. Everyone was super helpful. They pick up your rug and deliver it back to you a week later. It was an easy and wonderful experience. The price was extremely reasonable. They do a great job with communication and keeping you in the loop. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend them!

We have a huge 10x14 rug with a 50/50face of wool and viscose. We made our appointment for cleaning and they picked up our rug a couple days later. They brought it back one week later and it looks fantastic. The delivery guys came within the promised window both times and were friendly and quick. So impressed! Thank you!!

JM clean care always does a great job. I have used them for house cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning.
