Wonderful customer service and they did a top notch job cleaning, repairing, and replacing the fringe on my rug. The rug looks brand new. I will definitely use them again.

The very best place to get specialty rugs cleaned. They soak the rugs then once cleaned moved into a fan blowing filled warehouse to dry. We get our oriental and Persian rugs cleaned there every few years. Never had an issue. We have used them for years. Easy to find location and open on Saturday's till 2 pm which is a major plus. Promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you

S&S has helped our family (both my parents and our growing family) maintain our rugs for over twenty years. Stoney knows more about rugs than anyone! His latest project was bringing back to life a hand me down antique oriental runner that went from threadbare to brand new in a couple weeks. Their pricing is not cheap, but I consider it to be more than fair given the quality of their work. They are truly craftsmen. I would trust them with any rug, no matter how precious. Had a great experience with the company from pick up to drop off! They cleaned my large West Elm viscous rug that I was terrified to have cleaned because of how delicate the fibers are and it came back looking AHHHMAZING. After that I had them clean my outdoor rug from West Elm that was covered in mold and algae and it’s also back to its original glory!

The best! So quick to respond and cleaned all of my soiled rugs as well as repaired damage done by my dogs. Even got down on their hands and knees to mop the hardwood floors for me before laying the rug pads down . Cannot say enough great things. Will definitely be using them again.

S&S cleaned our rug over a year ago and we never picked it up. Then I remembered the rug and called on the off chance that they had it and they did! It was safely in storage. When I called, Junior was so nice about it and when I went to pick it up, they had it ready to go and I was back in my car in less than 5 minutes. They insisted on carrying it out for me even though it was a light rug. We will be back!!

We have used another company for many years and then a friend recommended S & S - we are so happy we made the change! Steve explained the whole process to us - different than our previous cleaner - picked up the rugs and returned to us the next week! They have never looked this good, they look like new! WOW, is all I can say. I found S&S by an internet search and reading reviews, and they are 100% spot-on. I cannot believe the professionalism, great communication and outstanding work that this company does. From the initial estimate, to collecting and re-placing the rugs, I'm 100% satisfied. I had rugs with old pet urine stains in them, along with normal wear and tear, and my rugs were returned in like-new condition. No smells, no stains, just absolutely perfect! I couldn't be any happier with the result. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has rugs that need to be cleaned. FIVE STARS in Buckhead!

We have a very large 18'x23' Oriental that hasn't been cleaned since it was new about 27 years ago.
I called S,&S and some with Steve. He gave me an estimate and then came to our home to evaluate and finalize the estimate before picking up the rug for cleaning. BTW, the estimate did not change. We finalized the deal and he took the heavily soiled rug to be cleaned.

It was just before Christmas, so it took over a week to complete the cleaning process.
When they brought the rug back it looked new again! There was no trace of any of those spots we thought were permanent stains!
S&S did a great job and also brought a new and proper pad for the rug. (Which we agreed on that minimal cost beforehand)

I have been acquainted with S&S Rug Cleaners for probably 25 years now, and have only heard positive feedback about them.

If you have a quality Oriental or wool rug, this is the place to have it cleaned properly.

I have used S&S for a few rug cleanings over the years. They are a cut above any on-home services, and they do a great job with a turnkey carpet cleaning, especially for the price. They'll usually take a week to clean, but its well worth it. They even unloaded and loaded the carpet into my car.

Will be coming here again in the future.

10/10 would recommend! They got two yellow stains out of my white 8x10 wool&viscose West Elm rug. The rug looks better than before! Amazing work, couldn’t be happier!

S&S cleaned a number of rugs for us when we moved. They did a great job! They picked them up promptly, cleaned them quickly and delivered them right when we needed them. The rugs all look brand new. Some of them were so dingy before that my husband was ready to throw them out. They look like new now. Highly recommend S&S.

This is a late post, but I have to write this review.

I was extremely satisfied with the service that was provided through S&S rug cleaners. I have a beautiful rug that is a nightmare to clean and it requires a specific technique. So you can just have someone come and shampoo it.

S&S came and picked up my rug and took it to their facilities where they cleaned it properly and then dropped it off for me right before the holidays.
I was so happy to see how they were able to make my rug look like new again.

The best in the business! I inherited a few rugs from my parents and there were some stains that I thought would never come out. Stoney and Steve worked their magic and now my rugs look brand new!

S & S Rug Cleaners have been the best. They’ve cleaned two large viscose rugs we’ve had that had some everyday wear on them and they look brand new. Stoney and his team were great because one rug was under a heavy sectional and they helped disassemble it to remove the rug and the other rug was under our Sleep Number platform bed which is super heavy and they were able to remove and place the rug back which is not an easy task. So kudos for that!

I highly recommend these guys for all rugs and especially viscose, which takes a very special cleaning routine.
