I love Andy's, and especially since they offered me an annual service plan. It's taken all the guess work out of things for me. I also especially like the new techs that have blowers to do that extra cleanup by the pool, it keeps things looking better for longer.

Andy's Pool recently did a pool renovation and upgrade for us. Very pleased with the job they did and their attention to details. Both Richard and Doug were available all the time and every concern that I had was addressed in the best way possible. The project was completed in a timely manner and no delays. Highly recommended!

Absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Andy’s was so patient with us as we finalized the plans for the materials and were always available to answer questions throughout the process. I switched to andys a couple of years ago after poor service from several other companies. They have always worked well for me. Lee has been my service man since the beginning and always gives me personal attention and is accountable. Anne in the office has always been responsive and quick to answer any problems. Good company overall.

I've never known a business to turn down service but apparently none of the major pool businesses listed on Google service Ellenwood GA. I wonder why that is. Doesn't make sense to me. They all have glowing reviews ❗but nobody services the southern side
The person they referred me to hasn't been back to my home in the entire year I've lived here after taking my down payment!!!!

The Andy’s Pool technicians are extremely rude and unprofessional. We had a visit from a tech today after our pool has been down for weeks.

I asked him how everything was going and he responded with one word answers. My follow up questions were met with the same response.

I asked him what was the plan for today.

The prices are increasing while the service is decreasing. We’ve had this pool company for at least six years and I would not recommend them at all.

I've been a pool owner for 20 years and have always serviced and balanced my own pool. I was happy to have recently handed those duties over to Andy's Pool Service. I am so pleased with the service and attitude of the Andy's team!

They’re not always perfect but when they’re not, they’re really good about responding and addressing the issues.

We are thrilled with Andy's Pool Service! The techs and the support staff go above and beyond. Last Spring our pool flooded in mud when a storm drain backed up... they had it cleaned within days (just in time for a child's birthday pool party!). The tech noticed our Polairis had broken and proactively took it for repair; had it back the following week. Highly recommend!

Awesome company!
Andy’s Pool Service is awesome. I was hired by a property owner to manage a property in metro Atlanta. The resident (non-owner) of that property posted a negative review about two weeks ago. I disagree with her assessment of the company. I hired Andy’s Pool Service to get her pool from green to crystal clear… which they did. The pool had a lot of problems and the techs did a great job replacing valves, installing a Polaris, and updating the pool control systems. Things were going “swimmingly” until the resident started having a dispute with the property owner. Then the resident decided to take it out on the property. She denied access to me and my subcontractors. We did not enter the property illegally, since I have a gate code that grants me access the property. She locked the pool area to limit access to the pool intentionally. Andy’s Pool Service resigned, since they are a professional organization and did not need to get in the middle of a personal dispute between the resident and the owner. There was no way for them to succeed in this environment.
I thought they were a great company. The office staff went above and beyond with their service. I would highly recommend them. Seriously. They are awesome. I hope this is enough to undo that unfavorable, very skewed review by the resident. Thanks Taylor and Richard. It was a pleasure working with you.

Worth it!
We are very satisfied. The relationship was tested when we applied a new finish to our pool that Andy’s wasn’t familiar with, but they were willing to work with us and learn this product. We were very pleased. Tori’s weekly service is on point. He goes above and beyond (helping me start a generator when power was out) and he always has a smile. My calls and emails are responded to promptly and politely. I feel like the service and experience is worth the fee. Repairs are handled quickly and they try to keep cost down

Sadly i am just tired of these folks
This company has ruined 2023 Summer. Each time they say the pool heater is fixed it is not.
They do the repair over the week, due to having a family we do not use the pool until the weekend, each time we turn the pool on. Without doubt no spark.
The last repair took a month! on a pool heater that was installed in 2021 - of course not under warranty another 2 weeks lost. Then they came this week and fixed it, yeah right no spark.
Terrible service and expensive rip off - avoid these folks. Slow response and honestly dont care - i feel that they have plenty of business and that shows in the lack of caring and one line emails from them when we are asking a simple question "when will it be fixed"
oh well 2023 pool season a bust - Thanks Andys!

We came to Andy's Pool Service because the previous company had bad customer service. In doing so, we had high hopes. Unfortunately, we suspended service with them after about 3 weeks. During our time with Andy's not once was our pooldeck cleaned (the first week they used my leaf blower) Another time, the tech came for a total of 3 mins (yes, it was raining that day, but, he didn't so anything to our pool. We have this documented by our security cameras). I spoke with Lauren at Andy's and informed them that the guy was only here for 3 mins. They were going to charge us the full $90 weekly fee but, after speaking with Lauren, she comped that week's fee. The following weekend, another guy came to clean and "didn't add the chemicals" needed for our pool (this came from Lauren). As a result, we had mustard algae in our pool. The next time they came out to treat the algae they added the chemicals to get rid of this problem. Our final and LAST challenge with them was a billing problem. They were going to charge us for the mentioned comp week, but, after fussing about what Lauren said she would do about that particular week, the revised bill was sent our way.
Again, after 3 weeks of service, we were done. HOMEOWNER: always watch your vendors and make sure not to settle for less!

We used Andy's for weekly cleaning and they always did a great job. The technician's were professional, and our account manager Lauren was easy to work with. We also had a problem with our pump at one point and they came out and fixed it in a very prompt manner. While we no longer use them because I am cleaning the pool myself now, I would absolutely recommend them to someone who is looking for a professional to get the job done right.

My wife and I are new pool owners, and we need need a lot of help and advice. Fortunately, we have Andy's Pool Service to take care of us. The staff at Andy's is great! We trust them and look forward to their weekly service calls! Our personal technician, Vince, is reliable, smart, and very polite. We think he's the BEST! We love Andy's motto: "You do the swimming. We do the rest." That's exactly the way we like it!

We have been Andy’s customers for years!!! We know the owner Richard and Ann who managed our account for years. We have always had issues with Andy’s pool but kept them as our pool maintenance company bc i thought there were no better options. their maintenance techs are constantly changing the best techs are always there for a year then give up or are poached by other companies. I always say Andy’s is the best of the worst when it comes to pool maintenance. I have referred over 10 families to Andy’s and none of them are happy but no one leaves. Yesterday Julie co-owner called me to tell me we needed a new heater after I was told a $275 part could fix our problem (typical response with older pools and equipment) . When i said we will get a second opinion and to please leave our heater alone, they fired us as clients! After 12 years as clients (it was also the first time I ever spoke to her). Honestly It was time to part ways and we have been looking for another pool service provider but always stayed for some reason. Turns out EVERYONE is much less expensive, and more professional. Not sure why we stayed with them for so long. If you have a brand new pool Andy’s can handle it if you have an older pool you will be in constant need of repair with Andy’s and subjected to extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from Julie and ever changing techs!

Issues we had in the past:
Techs incorrectly serviced pool and left a valve open and our pool drained 4 feet of water (this happened twice).

Random techs come in and out and don’t know how to operate our pool/panel.

Nothing is proactive everything is reactive.

After a tech cleans the pool something always goes wrong. ALWAYs every week we have had an issue for the last 2 years!

If your power goes out, Andy’s has so many clients that they will get to you when they can and therefore there is a strong chance your pool will have to be treated with a ton of chemicals bc there was no circulation and by the time the get to you it is what it is!

When something goes wrong you need to stay on top of when it will get fixed, mange the process or it will get done whenever they feel like it.

Techs will block your driveway and always on the phone.

Be ware of what they say, they want to upsell you at all cost. Having a 2nd opinion has saved us a lot of $

Techs are sloppy and leave equipment chemicals.

Never remove floats or never put things back.

We have used Andy's Pool Service for weekly service and repairs the last few years and they have been fantastic! Everything from the excellent customer service from the front office to the outstanding weekly service from our very personable tech Tori (who my 15 year old son loves to visit with when he is at our house) to the great repair techs who address any issues we have. Andy's is responsive and follows up timely on any issues we have. We have a complicated pool system and they took the time to know and understand our pool to be able to provide the best service. We have used several pool companies in the past and none compare to the excellent service from Andy's. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool service company.

We had Andy's resurface our whole pool about 8 years ago. It has held up very well to year-round use and heavy leaf capture. Recently we used Andy's again for an "optimization" and repair project. Richard and Graham took time to understand my, admittedly strange, issue and design a solution that was not overkill, nor overly expensive. This system was built in the 80's and is, shall we say, organic in its layout...

The work has always been done cleanly and expertly, and with a friendly aura.
