Simple story. Dog had diarrhea on the favorite rug. One place tried twice to clean it. Failed both times. Took it to S&S and they made it look like new. Totally satisfied.

On 01Jan2019. my area rug was cleaned and treated with MicroSeal fabric protection. The process cost approximately $500.00 to service a 8x10 rug I transported to their facility. After retrieving my rug, I unwrapped the rug and put in in my bedroom. The rug had an odor I thought woud go away after airing out the rug. Well...the odor never went away. I moved the rug to a different part of the house to deal with it later. This is August at the time of this review. The smell is still noticeable. I decided to use my rug cleaner to see if I could get the smell out before trashing the rug. Using some resolve cleaner and my machine, I manage to get to odor out along with a lot of dirt. The soiled water was very dark.
I do not know what S & S did or did not do with my rug. I can say for $500.00, I feel....you know. This was my experience. I hope yours is better.

My rugs came back looking brand new. As a foster mom to shelter animals, I did not have much hope that S&S could make any improvements. Boy was I shocked when I received my rugs back. I was so impressed with their work!
