I was in a bind with a complicated pool drain issue that other pool repair companies could not solve. Richard and Graham bent over backwards rerouting a lot of people that were in line because I had to get this done to sell my house….. I cannot say enough how courteous they were solving the issue that several others before them could not! I give Andy’s my highest recommendation…. They saved me, and they did it for a reasonable price, when I would have gladly paid more !!!

We recently had our 35 year old pool renovated by Andy's Pool Service. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. Graham patiently helped us pick out our surface and tile, being available to show us a number of the pools they had done. He and Richard correctly diagnosed and solved the water leaking problem we had been having. They then turned the work of performing the renovation over to Doug and his crew. I was amazed. 4 guys appeared first thing in the morning and worked diligently until dark each day until the job was done. Doug then made sure everything was done correctly and spent a great deal of time on start up and making sure everything operated properly. the pool is now beautiful, and we couldn't be more satisfied. On top of all that, their price was very fair.
We had hired Andy's in August to service the pool, replacing the company then doing it. What a difference!! I have only the highest recommendation for Andy"s and their people.

We were put in touch with Graham (with Andy's) and he was fantastic. The leak was detected, a recommendation was made, and the work was completed. I highly recommend Andy’s Pool Service! Our coordinator, Kinsey is very responsive and goes above and beyond to answer our questions and help us with any issue! Jason cleans our pool and he also does an excellent job! He alerts us to any issues and the pool is always sparkling clean after he is done with his service! We have had them for several years and they are head and shoulders better than our previous pool companies!

Do not use this company. They send sales people out on a call and they know very little about pools. The rep never showed up for the meeting and never got me a price on everything we discussed.

I needed my 30 plus year old pool re-tiled and resurfaced. Graham and his team at Andy's Pool Service were very efficient and did a great job in less than three weeks. My new pool looks fantastic aside from the current pollen. I highly recommend them. Check with your county about refilling the pool. You may be able to use a fire hydrant at least in DeKalb County.

I have been a customer for almost 1 year now. I had the best experience on Friday evening. I was hosting my youngest and 3 college friends and needed help with my Hot Tub operation. They took the time to figure out the issue and get my Hot Tub working for me after hours.

Our pool was the Black Lagoon, and we all expected a creature to lurch out of it at any minute. Andy’s technicians did the seemingly impossible and rescued our pool.
They brought it back to beautiful blue, sparkling water without having to drain the pool.

The folks at Andy's Pool Service are outstanding. We have used various pool companies over the years and Andy's Pool is the very best. They have exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them.

Andy's is truly a terribly run business. We hired them for weekly service for the 2025 season, and our pool was constantly out of balance. It's a salt pool, but they would just drop chlorine tabs in the skimmer. It would go from algae bloom to overchlorinated over and over. We couldn't use the pool on the 4th of July, my wife's birthday, and almost every other weekend throughout the summer.

Tech's never checked the equipment for faults, so the salt cell wasn't maintained until I pointed out that it was the issue with the pool chemicals fluctuating.

Communication was absolutely terrible, and I frequently caught the tech sitting in his truck to run up the "time spent at location" metrics since the drivers are geo-located. He would do maybe 5 minutes of work, then sit on his phone.

During the fall season, the tech is expected to clear leaves out of the pool. That hasn't happened for weeks. Most recently, I watched the tech walk around the pool with a net in his hand just talking on the phone. Right after the tech left, I took the attached pictures. When I sent them to the account manager, they tried to gaslight me into saying the tech completely cleaned the pool, and sent me a picture from earlier in the season as "proof."

Do not hire this company.

I am paying for their monthly cleaning service, and my pool has been consistently covered in algae now for the last month or so. I reached out to them to fix it and they told me a "supervisor" would come through to correct the issue. Well, he "corrected" it for all of four days before the algae returned, and now I'm stuck with a green looking pool again. At no point did they communicate what might be wrong with the pool or apologize for the issues I've been having. It's really a shame because finding a good pool cleaning service is hard and I was initially pretty happy with the quality I was getting. They completely dropped the ball.

Richard and Antonio at Andy's Pools have taken care of my small irregularly shaped salt-water pool for over 10 years! They take care of everything - chemicals, pool & filter cleaning, week to week maintenance. Andy's Pool Service is dependable - weekly service rain or shine, cold or hot - my pool is maintained all year long. Andy's just replaced the 10 year old tile on my pool negative edge (1st pic below), has replaced several worn-out pumps, and maintained the original pool heater for years. Great service department and pool construction and rehabilitation services - reasonable prices and quick service complement their standard pool cleaning services! Highly Recommended!

I was a customer of Andy Pool Service for nearly 20 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Over a four-month period, my pool was consistently green and losing water. I contacted them numerous times to report the issues. They repeatedly claimed there was a leak in the pool itself, yet whenever I turned off the pump, there was no water loss—something I communicated to them multiple times.

Despite my ongoing complaints and attempts to help diagnose the problem, the situation was never resolved. Eventually, they stopped returning my calls altogether. During this time, I continued to receive invoices for services such as filter cleanings and “shocking” the pool, even though the pool remained unusable and visibly neglected.

I ultimately hired another pool company, which resolved all issues within two weeks. The problem turned out to be a faulty valve—not a pool leak—and since the repair, there has been no water loss and my pool has remained crystal clear.

In short, I paid for months of service that produced no results. One could say I was “taken to the cleaners,” except my pool never was. This was an unacceptable level of service, communication, and accountability, especially for a long-term customer.

Super customer service. Went beyond what I expected.
