They did a great job on my rug. It looks new. So excited to have it back in great condition. The dog made several stains and they all came out.

They responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes of sending an online message and even picked up the rug the same day (about an hour later), so I appreciated him adding me to his Friday schedule. (Pickups and drop-offs are only on Friday.) The rug looks great, and both the delivery and pickup crews carefully moved furniture and placed the rug back. Staff is friendly. I cannot tell there was any stain from Thanksgiving dinner. Cost is a little above market rate, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful experience. Two very polite young men rolled up my rugs, took them away for a week and returned them, cleaned and looking brighter and smelling good. They made this sooo easy. Highly recommend Advanced Cleaning Systems.

I highly recommend Advance Cleaning Services for cleaning your rug. The rug was thoroughly cleaned and the men who picked up the rug and returned it were pleasant and helpful. After laying down the cleaned rug, they replaced my furniture. A totally good experience.

Advanced cleaning systems did a great job with my vintage Persian rug. It had an old smell when I bought it and I was worried it wouldn’t come out. These guys got it clean and smelling fresh! Totally would recommend them!!

I paid about $570 to have a 10x14 area rug picked up and cleaned. Pickup and delivery service was great, the cleaning took about a week. Communication and such all great. However! I put down my cleaned rug and it has a very tacky residue over the entire rug. I did ask for protectant but this residue is going to attract dirt and probably leave me with a rug just as dirty as when I had it cleaned after a few months. I don’t even know what to do about it now. I will have to clean my rug so that I can walk on it after I had it cleaned! Also, it didn’t get much cleaner than what I could have done myself; although to be fair, it is a white rug in a high traffic area so it’s possible nothing can be done about that. Given the cost of cleaning, I am very disappointed.

Easy to schedule pick up. Return delivery in one week. Area rug looks great. No evidence of the doggie mess. A bit pricey for the size of the rug.

This rug hasn’t been cleaned in over two decades. Dog urine and spills were always cleaned up but had surely soaked in. Having it cleaned was necessary as it had dulled over the years. When talking with a rep from Advanced Cleaning Systems he shared a lot of the process and it came across quite profesional. They picked it up and brought it back and I was amazed and how nice the rug looked. It looked new again and the price was not unreasonable. I’d certainly recommend the to my friends.

I was extremely impressed with Advanced Cleaning systems. They did a beautiful job of cleaning my rug and the young men who picked up and returned my rug were very professional, polite and very careful moving my furniture. Would highly recommend them!!

Wish I could give 5 stars but… unfortunately the cleaning of our area rug was not as expected. Their professionality and communication are perfect but we had a few pet stains which seem to have faded and grown in surface area. After a month, it actually looks like there are more discoloration areas. Price was close to $700 so I was hoping for better results based on everybody’s feedback.

Great service! They picked the carpet up on time, told me I had incorrectly measured the size and it would cost less, did a FANTASTIC cleaning job., returned it on time and put it back in the dining room. VERY PLEASED we used Advanced Cleaning Systems!!

I had several area rugs to clean. I felt the price was fair considering the company picked up the rugs and returned them within 7 days. Everyone was polite and helpful throughout the process. My only complaint would be the consent form to treat the rugs was given to me the day that they picked up the rugs once the rugs were on the truck. I was taken aback that the consent form basically relieves the company of all responsibility. I did sign it and continued with the process because the reviews were great, and they had many HAPPY CUSTOMERS. I am one of those customers now.
