The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable and extremely professional. Your office was my fourth attempt to find a good house cleaning service. The experience was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The young lady arrived at my home on time as discussed, and immediately surveyed the house and began the deep cleaning. She worked diligently. I'm glad to say with this experience I am extending my contract to additional regular cleaning and have recommended your services to several of my friends. This is what I got AFTER 6 hours of cleaning for just 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I asked for a deep clean but they later told me that I didn’t ask for that. 2 people were supposed to show, but only one did. She swept but never used a vacuum and mopping consisted of using a spray bottle. I’m not sure she even had cleaning supplies with her. Maybe that’s what the other person was supposed to bring?

I got a standard clean of my house and the maids did a phenomenal job. Cleaned super well, on time, and were very friendly. Would recommend! Thinking of signing up for biweekly cleans.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was a complete waste of time and money if you are looking for a cleaning service look elsewhere.

I have a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house. I booked for 3 hours. The cleaning lady arrived spent about an hour and a half just looking at the stove if you ask me. She didn’t even wipe down the dinning room table or even attempt to clean the living. By the time she came up stairs I had to ask her if she intended on vacuuming. She seemed confused as if she was unaware she had to vacuum the floors. My entire life I could’ve sworn vacuuming was a part of cleaning but maybe I am mistaking. And when she did finally vacuum she pretty much just vacuumed around the kids toys and other items on the floor. We had to find another cleaning service the very next day as she really didn’t do anything at all and the house was left in the same condition it was in before she arrived (minus the floors being vacuumed lol). I can write a whole list of things she missed and didn’t even attempt to clean but I’ll just say long story short do not book them if you are looking for a good professional clean as you will not get a professional clean from them. Maybe I just happen to get the wrong cleaning lady that day but we will never know.

I called to book a cleaning for a standard cleaning for my 3000 square feet home. They answered my call promptly. They addressed all the questions my wife and I had. The maids arrived promptly at 8:30. My home was cleaner than I expected. I'll definitely use them again.

eMaids Cleaning Service Atlanta is the worst cleaning company. I will never hire this company again in future. Today 10/12/22, 2 maids came to clean my house named as Deanna & Tylicia. One started cleaning up stair and another basement. Within 5 hours starting from 8:15am-11:15am,both of them cleaned only 3 bathrooms and one kitchen. Those kitchen and bathroom were also not properly cleaned. The whole house was left uncleaned. They left uncleaned hallways, other kitchen, dining rooms, sitting room, fire place, laundry room, garage, bedrooms. They didn't mob the floors, sanitized. They moved their hands very slowly and I have to hire another company to complete this job. I paid them $200.
Never hire eMaids again.

Emails cleaning service did an amazing job! Jordan was our cleaner and was prompt, courteous and got right to work. Loved all the little things she added here and there and the house looked beautiful. Will definitely be continuing using Emaids Cleaning Service of Atlanta.

I had a great experience with the first services we had via emaids but the last few cleans we had were not it. There were numerous scheduling issues and none of the cleans at the second property we used emaids for were even remotely adequate.
