eMaids worked with me during a very hard time, when they and I were emerging from lockdown with all sorts of scheduling issues.

They had to cancel our first cleaning, because the cleaner had bad side effects from the vaccine; then they had to cancel again, because a tornado ripped through Atlanta and it was unsafe to drive; then *I* had to cancel, because I got in an accident; and then, believe it or not, they had to cancel because a major gas pipeline shut down and the cleaner couldn't get gas for her car and drive over.

Throughout all these unavoidable issues, they remained professional, helpful, and dedicated to getting someone to me, rescheduling and rescheduling until it worked out. And it finally did.

The cleaner they sent did a fantastic job. Due to the pandemic, my house hadn't been cleaned for a year. I struggled to do it, but I have a full-time job, and, with two big dogs and three cats, the house got steadily filthier and filthier. I asked for a deep clean, the cleaner worked her butt off for 10 hours and now I'm finally living in a clean house again.

I am really satisfied with the service I received from eMaids of Atlanta. I booked online, and someone called me back to confirm the details. They had to do price adjusting to give me the package I wanted. Two days later, two maids arrived with their supplies and ready to clean. My wife let them in and then she went to work. The staff locked up as instructed and when we came home, the home looked and smelled better than we imagined. I loved how they made the beds too! I'd definitely use them again because it saved me so much time, and the process was very simple.

E-maids provides excellent service and they have flexible packages! They offer more options that fit most budgets and cleaning needs. This worked well for me as I do some cleaning but needed help with other areas. They really do work with you! The maid they sent was excellent! Very professional and left the home spotless. I really needed help with laundry and she folded the clothes and organized them so thoughtfully! I recently purchased and repainted my home. I searched for cleaning companies in the area. I was looking for companies that had high reviews, excellent cleaning standards, reasonable prices, great hiring standards, amazing customer service and the availability I needed. I called around and the conversation with Nadine was so warm. She listened to my needs and concerns, and made scheduling such a breeze. After going through buying a home, moving in and repainting, I really valued this ease in scheduling a cleaner.
Customer service is something Nadine and her team excel at. They were willing to work with me through a home emergence. They were very responsive and quickly got me rescheduled. I received reminders via email and text for my appointment.
Today was my appointment day. My cleaner arrived within the specified time slot. I gave her a tour, reiterated the areas of concern and left her to it. She was amazing. When she was done, she waited outside my place. I loved that mopping was the last thing she did, so my floors stayed cleaned. This was my first time, so I was allowed to do a walkthrough. She cleaned every nook and cranny. She even added a decorative fold to paper towels and tissues. Any evidence of construction dust was gone. She was so good, I want to keep her name to myself.
