I have had the privilege of having Team #12, Petra and Ester, clean my home on several occasions. They are extremely thorough, pleasant, and hardworking. Great team!!!

We have had our home. Cleaned by others for quite a few years. This company has a great system for keeping our home clean with their regular rotations. So far,. We are quite happy.

I have been with TCA for over 20 years. They consistently do a great job and take good care of me/my house. This last visit, Jayla went above and beyond, cleaning out some spaces that needed attention, long overdue. She exceeded expectations!! Thanks, Jayla, thanks, TCA!

MiMi and Liz are great, friendly and nice but here to work. No goofing around or talking on their phones. They do a real good job. Always a pleasure to see them.

Nay Nay and Emily did an amazing job cleaning my home! Emily was so patient while cleaning my son’s room and even took the time to organize all of his Legos, which I really appreciated. Nay Nay paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was put perfectly in place. I’m very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them!

We have had The Cleaning Authority of Atlanta as our cleaning service for over a year. Today Mi Mi, NayNay and Chantel did such a lovely job. I always appreciate the positive energy they bring. They are all so friendly, hardworking and trustworthy which is exactly what I hope for in a cleaning company.

During one of our cleans the grout wasn’t cleaned as stated on the work duties for that week. I asked if they could redo on the next visit. During the next visit I mentioned only certain areas such as bathrooms and kitchen needed to be done since we had contractors working in our basement living area. They didn’t touch the bathrooms including the grout again or kitchen. Sinks, counters, toilets all dirty. Pictures show after they came and claimed they cleaned. When I mentioned this I asked to not be charged and have them comeback the next week. They said they did try with the bathroom and kitchen and would still charge me. I then canceled services and they gave me a discount to try and make it better but still charged more than half the price when no work was done. I would not recommend them.

I know the review comes after a week but I am not pleased with the service at all. The house was aesthetically cleaned but not deep cleaned as that was the package I had purchased. There were a lot of cobwebs, the fridge and mud room were not even touched. I paid $50 extra for sunroom and again it wasn’t even touched!

I messaged Cynthia and she said to have gotten back to her the same day which I understand is my fault but I did not visit the house until later.

All in all, it was a very disappointing service for the price paid!

I called Two Maids on a Friday and was able to schedule a cleaning for the following day. Initially, I was told they didn't come to my area, but after speaking to Cynthia, she agreed to clean since this was a 1-time job. Kayla arrived right on time at 9 AM and she started to work right away. Since we were about to put my mother's home on the market, things were in disarray but she worked around everything. Kayla was very pleasant and professional and did a great job. I was very pleased with Two Maids and would definitely use them again.

Absolutely wonderful service! We had our fitness studio cleaned and there's a lot of nooks and crannies. Very thorough! Nikki did a phenomenal job and was so sweet! She asked if there was anything specific to focus on and did above and beyond. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

Two Maids provides excellent service, their staff is extremely friendly, and their branch manager, Cynthia, is absolutely awesome! Any requests or changes to a service are addressed immediately and without a hiccup. Even my dog, who tends to bark at strangers, loves when they come in - because they're so friendly with him!

First time using a cleaning company and I was astonished by how well i turned out. Easy to book, Cynthia was so helpful. When the cleaners - mikayla and kandace - they got straight to work. They were quiet and efficient, they got the job done in a timely manner. 10/10 My home was so clean I could eat off any surface if I wanted to! Thank you so much, I will be recommending this cleaning service to everyone I know!

This should be everyone’s first choice! I have tried plenty cleaning company’s and they do not compare to two maids. Cynthia was very kind and helpful! She made sure to accommodate to my schedule. Mikayla and Kandace did an amazing job. They were right on time and I was astounded at the work that was done. This company will have your place spotless!

I posted this a year ago and it's still every bit as true today as it was then. They really are amazing and I have been nothing but happy.
I'm about to move out of state so unfortunately have had to cancel my service but I will say that Two Maids have become the bar that I will compare everyone else to. They're that awesome.

Cynthia is very prompt with cleaning request, services, prides herself in her employees and the professional job they do. Two Maids & A Mop clean a corporate apartment for me. Very important the apartment is "resort ready" as our apartment represents our company, our area, our state. I have used her services for almost a year. In this time, I have never have to go behind her services and clean. Our guest review their apartment stay and we have never received a complaint. Cynthia provides continuous contact regarding their service, she really does care. I would NOT trust anyone but Cynthia and Two Maids & A Mop for residential or commercial cleaning.

We were moving and decided last minute to hire someone to do the cleaning for us. I spoke with Cynthia and explained our situation and they squeezed us in their schedule. She was very accommodating and extremely helpful. They crew did a wonderful job and was on time. I am truly grateful to Cynthia and her team for all they did for us. Keep up the good work.

Marissa and Mike did an amazing job! They were on time and very nice. They were able to get all the dog hair and make our house smell amazing! Highly recommend!

We just had Niki clean our 2 Bed apartment and she was excellent. We have a dog that sheds a TON and after just a couple hours there’s no dog hair. Very thorough and very kind. We will be requesting her every time. Couldn’t ask for more! 😁

Two Maids has been a wonderful experience so far and our most recent service was above and beyond what was expected. Nikki and Natalie were personable, professional, and most importantly thorough. I would highly recommend Two Maids for the perfect combination of value and quality service.

I hired them for a one time deep clean. My home is in average condition as there are only 2 of us that live here and we have no pets. They attempted to charge me extra saying my home was not in average condition and that the cleaners had to move a later appointment because my house was so dirty. I was shocked that they felt my house was not in average condition so I asked the opinion of a few outspoken relatives on the condition of my house. They all agreed it was in average condition. One of the two cleaners showed up 3 hours late so I was bothered by the fact that they even mentioned having to push back a later appointment. Also, the manager or owner contacted me via text, instead of calling me, while the cleaners were still in my house to tell me this. We went back and forth about this extra charge via text, even though I told her I'd call her after my teleconference ended. Then finally she resorted to saying her cleaners worked hard. I never disputed this as home cleaning is hard work in general (although the cleaners missed some spots but overall okay), but that didn't change the fact that my home was in average condition and I agreed to pay a certain fee for it to be cleaned. At some point, the cleaners left without letting me know, leaving my door unlocked. Now that I've experienced their services, it brings the bad reviews I've read into context. Unfortunately, I chose them for their positive reviews. I'll do better research on the next home cleaning service I use.

Two Maids team did an amazing job cleaning my business. Very easy to work with and exceeded my expectation. Very grateful they were willing to work with my hectic schedule. The team with above and beyond to get the job done. I will be using them again and again! Thanks Cynthia for your hard work!
