I recently hired Cleaning Authority for a deep cleaning of my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and responsive. The cleaning team arrived on time and took great care in handling my home, ensuring everything was cleaned thoroughly from top to bottom.

I've used several cleaning companies over the years but this company truly stands out to me. I couldn't have been any happier with the results ! I am older in age and can't do everything like I used to so it's a blessing to have a company like this one very trustworthy and I can always depend on them for the best clean .

The Cleaning Authority does a great job and they're incredibly affordable. While we've had a couple of cleaners come through, Chantel has always been a staple of the team and has always been incredible to work with. Not only is she incredibly kind, she does a thorough clean. We have a dog in the house and all of the staff have been very kind and amicable for her being around while they do the clean.

We are very grateful to have found TCA and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner in the Atlanta area.

We took about 3 weeks off from cleaning since we had construction going on at the house. The Cleaning Authority made it easy to reschedule. When they returned Kaitlyn and Dina did such a wonderful job, I realized how much I missed what a difference it made to have "Cleaning Authority" level clean! I just love their work. No crazy smelling chemicals, great organic clean! Thank you for continuing to do such a great job on our home.

I am Exhausted, most of the time. 2025 has been ladden with stress and I have to admit that I needed HELP to get my home in order. In comes a beautiful Magical Cleaning Queen named Unique! She cleaned every corner, every dust bunny and about 5 years of stress within minutes!! She's a god-send and I couldn't be happier with how beautifully she cleaned my home and how professional she was! 10/10 will call again and will be telling EVERYONE I know!

I used these guys to clean my rental condo a few times. They gave me exceptional service, and Elizabeth Clark was my contact the whole time. She is so professional, and I world recommend her, and this company to anyone that doesn't want to wonder if their house will be clean or not. Definitely the most thorough cleaning service in town.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Terrible service! We keep a very clean house. Or at least we did before we trusted this company. So instead of doing the extra work like promised they took advantage of us. The last time they came I had to clean up after them. They cleaned absolutely nothing as the pictures show. They left their sticky coffee cup on my counter and trash on my coffee table. They left the garbage in the hall and I got a complaint from my HOA. After 3 cleanings Ill let the pictures say the rest.
