Michele and Kennedy with the Alpharetta branch were wonderful! After trying several other cleaners in the area, I was so thankful to be able to come home to an actually CLEAN home - not just one that was picked up. We keep things relatively picked up on our own, but they really made this place shine and smell so good! The glass shower doors were clean - no water spots! The floors were impeccable. I can't say enough good things. We can't wait for them to visit us again! Thanks, ladies!!!

I am beyond impressed with the incredible job done by LaCree, Paul, and Crystal! They went above and beyond to make my home spotless and sparkling. Every room was left immaculate, from the perfectly scrubbed bathrooms to the gleaming floors and dust-free surfaces. I recently needed extra hands for a move to another house. I had alot of work to do in a small amount of time and felt really overwhelmed. Asia and Lecree were AWESOME, this company is one of the few that values attention to detail without charging you an arm and a leg. Will definitely be returning for my next relocation.

Kiki and Crystal did a great job cleaning my apartment! They were fast, efficient, and took care of areas I usually overlook. Even in a small space, their work made a big difference. They were also friendly and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend them!

The two maids crew showed up early and did a great job. We had to switch cleaners because our previous one became unreliable. It's refreshing to be able to switch so easily and obtain great service too. I would recommend Two Maids.

Two Maids and a Mop Atlanta were great! Highly recommend them. I called to leave a message on a weekend and she responded by text, even though they were closed. That's exceptional service to me. I had a tight time line and they were able to work with me. The two young ladies, Eva and Valaria (not sure of spelling) were terrific! They listened to our needs and did an excellent job. I started using Two Maids for maintaining my Airbnb in Atlanta in the summer of 2023, and I’ve been really pleased with their service ever since. For example, they paid extra attention to the bathrooms and kitchen, which I really appreciate since that is the first thing guests notice. The team is always on time and communicates well if there’s ever a schedule change. I’ve noticed a big improvement compared to my previous cleaning service.

I recently had a deep cleaning done by Two Maids And A Mop. I couldn’t be more impressed. The two cleaners who serviced my home were exceptionally effective. They worked swiftly, but didn’t miss a detail. I have three cats and their fur had taken over nearly every surface, but after the cleaning, not a trace of it remained. Every room in the house was left spotless with a noticeable freshness that made the whole place feel completely rejuvenated. They moved efficiently through the entire space yet their attention to detail was clear in every corner. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of speed and thoroughness, but they nailed it. I highly recommend their service for anyone looking to truly refresh their home.

I've been using Two Maids for my downtown vacation home since late 2024, and they've been excellent. The team is reliable, punctual, and does thorough work throughout the property, including bathrooms and kitchen. Communication is great when schedules need adjusting. Much better quality than my previous cleaning service.

Top tier cleaners hands down! Great customer service and support. Fast and reliable even on a time crunch! I have to give BIG KUDOS to Eve and Valeria, they deserve a big raise and all the praise. They were all attention to detail and beyond. They mentioned spaces that were missed from the deep cleaning we had a week before hiring 2 Maids for a touchup before our open house that day. Highly recommend and will continue to do business with the ladies at 2 Maids. This service is a scam. They sent one girl. She showed up late and then went out shopping. She came back after about an hour. The job was only one kitchen and two and half baths. After 5 hours she said she didn’t have time for the fridge and one of the bathrooms. She was listening to music and shopping on my time. Complete scam. Steer. Clear

Update: someone from the company finally called back. Didn’t get my side. Said she allows her staff to listen to music and I was reimbursed 30 minutes for the shopping. She wasn’t interested in hearing more details about what happened and called my review “slander”. This company is not interested in happy customers or quality cleaning. Had to pay another company to come out and clean after these people. Not sure how they are still in business. I was also lied to about the number of people that would come out. Shockingly bad service. Wish I ever chose them.

One of the worst maid services in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. They are beyond unprofessional. They are never on time, customer service is horrific. Totally a waste of time. There are plenty of better maid services in Atlanta , please choose elsewhere. Look at this as a warning!

Update: I see that you replied and stated that I was disrespectful. This is further proof not to trust this company. I was unaware of this and this was the 2nd attempt I gave them after constantly having to reschedule. To even reply and state that I was disrespectful is ridiculous. I repeat please do not waste your time with this company. Instead of fixing the issue they reply on here. Great job of losing a customer! SMH!

I booked this service to come clean my home since I'm a single mom who works full time, and need an extra hand around the house. Not only did the cleaning person not arrive on time, she didn't even call until hours after the scheduled time to tell me she couldn't make it. I had moved around my schedule to make sure I was available to receive her, which was an inconvenience. I graciously rescheduled for the next day and not only did she NOT come, she didn't even call me to tell me that she cancelled. I called the company and received no follow up. At this point, I'm slightly concerned it's a scam. Literally the only reason I can think of for such a bad experience.

The team at eMaids demonstrated a level of professionalism that exceeded my expectations. Scheduling the service was a breeze, and they were accommodating to my specific needs. On the day of the cleaning, the crew arrived promptly and ready to work.

I really like the company they just open up it has a lot to do with hands on training. They are able to teach me when I did not have any home cleaning. They are very organized and very understanding when it comes to everything. Every since we started cleaning homes we never gotten a complaint. You can even grow with them they are very positive and hardworking to squeeze you in.

Absolutely amazing service. Nadine is amazing at getting everything set up, just an absolute courteous professional. Me and my partner are very busy so we have definitely slacked when it came to maintaining the home. Nadine sent over Tykeya and this woman was absolutely amazing. She was so polite asking before moving things around and working around our two rambunctious cats. Our apartment looks better than the day we bought it and she opened up so much space for us. Tykeya did a standard clean for us but it was standard in name only as we felt we got a stellar clean. Absolutely can’t recommend emaids enough. I’m going to recommend to all my friends and family. 5 stars is understating the value we got out of this service.
