My Company has recently started using Town and Country and are blown away by the difference. Every person in our office remarked on how clean everything looks and smells. Fantastic job, great price and personal customer care. All the attention to detail really shows how much effort they put into quality care.

Love the service we receive from Town & Country Office Cleaning. Janette does a wonderful job which makes it a pleasure to come into the office. Jennifer is always quick to respond when I have a question or request. Making the switch to Town & Country has saved us money and time. Definitely worthwhile! We have been using this company for almost a year now and we love them! Our cleaning crew is outstanding! They are detail oriented, reliable, honest, efficient, and friendly!!!! When asked to do any task, they always do it with a smile :)
They are super flexible with our schedule, easy to contact (via email or phone), and the pricing was the best out of 3 companies we got quotes from!

Moses does amazing work. This picture is of our art studio, which before he finished was COVERED in acrylic paint. The floors look brand new, and you can tell Moses cares about doing a great job. Additionally, this almost didn't happen, because I made a communication mistake with scheduling through Ryan. Once I realized what I had done (after I had emptied the studio in preparation), Ryan dropped everything and coordinated someone (Moses) to be in the studio within an hour. I am very impressed with their responsiveness and work product. I highly recommend them.

Arrived on time and did a nice job with a deep cleaning of our house. Two ladies who did the cleaning who were kind, professional, and worked hard. Cheaper than other quotes I received for a deep cleaning.

Had a deep cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They were late for almost 4 hrs. The cabinet stains were left as it is in the kitchen, btw I have white cabinet. dust was not cleaned on lamps, fans, and window. Doesn’t worth the money.

I will try share my experience with this company who RIPS OFF your money and their not picking up calls or calling back courtesy after leaving voicemails.

We have chosen this company as it came from a referral but we did not know that we were going to be RIPPED OFF with their services. We ordered for Deep cleaning at our place. While cleaning was in progress I glanced onto the carpet after one of the floor was vacuumed and To my horror I still found it not cleaned.When called up the manager ‘Nicholas’ , he was adamant to see pictures about the work that I wanted to share and assured that he will take care of situation.This is where i should have terminated the cleaning job but my mistake is that I left the place after his assurance thinking things will pick up.
To my surprise when I returned in the evening at around 5:15 PM and started looking at random places the living room floor was not cleaned, kitchen cupboards were full of dust , master bathroom tiles still have pink coloration ,mirrors & shower glass were streaky, the light dome on fan was dusty , still was able to pick up dust from the carpet.This is the kind of cleaning they call it as DEEP CLEAN and charge customer 260$ and when wanted to ask questions about our observations with photo proofs the manager will not answer his phone or will not return a call.

Any customer out there if you want to donate your hard earned money , please do it to a charity but not to this kind of businesses.

Anyone wants proofs , I can provide after cleaning pictures that I took in the evening , My sincere advice STAY AWAY from this business service n SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Recently called for a deep cleaning in some restrooms.....what a mistake ...
I actually couldn't even tell they came in and cleaned. There was still grime on the walls and floor, not to mention the mirrors were still covered in handprints. I called up there and spoke with Nicholas who said this company only uses the finest of products. He told me he could send me before and after pictures if I'd like. I said sure. Never got the pictures.....never even got a return phone call. I paid 250 dollars for absolutely nothing. Hah-! I cleaned them myself and they look way better than what they did. This company is a joke-! Haven't heard from him since. And I've called multiple times. SCAM

My experience was wonderful! Housekeepers did a great job with the cleaning and very professional from start to finish. Will definitely continue using them for all my cleaning services!

Long time client and my dad has been a client as well for years! They always do a superb job. House always smells so nice.

Trash the owner is trash and runs a trash business. 1st booking tech didn’t have a baby sitter they had to find someone else. An hour later new tech shows up playing loud music, talking about her business didnt clean the stove. 2nd time booking them the tech cat broke down didn’t get a my house clean, not once does this owner offer you any type of discount for running a horrible business she makes excuses and apologize. 3rd time trying to give this trash company a chance I get a text saying he is on the way who the hell is HE? The owner sends a man to my house doesn’t provide a name or anything. I texted her and asked her what’s the text name she gives me a Nick name then proceeded to tell me because I responded an hour late after they text me to confirm she didn’t provide a name because they were closed. She sends random people to your house I’m 10000% sure she doesn’t run back ground checks and just find people to come clean. She couldn’t even give me a real name. This company is TRASH
