Jayla and Amia did an excellent job this week under pressure. I had an appointment to get to and a nervous dog guest, so I couldn't leave until Jayla and Amia were done. They hustled and did a very good job under the time constraint of one hour that they had to work. Thanks Jayla and Amia!

We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for bi-weekly cleaning service at our townhouse in Dunwoody as well as a few Airbnb properties we have in Buckhead and Atlanta. These guys do a fantastic job! They’re always courteous to our family and very thorough. They’re also very reliable. Whether it’s Airbnb cleaning or our standard home cleaning, they always come when they say they will. Shantell is great to work with when setting up an account. She makes sure that customer preferences are clearly communicated with the people that actually clean our home. Chantel and Keona are also great to work with for actually cleaning our home. We definitely look forward to their next visit. Our most recent team of Dalia and Lucrecia are doing an excellent job. They come every other week and clean with a rotation system of deep cleaning different areas of the home on different visits. They have a check list so nothing gets overlooked.

The Cleaning Authority has an app so I get notified when they are on the way, when they complete the cleaning and other features.
