We have been using Crystal Cleaning for a couple of years now and are overall pleased with their cleaning and the affordable price. We found not all of the employees paid attention to detail, so if you find the crew that does, talk to Nicholas and lock them in!

I have been using Crystal Cleaning for 6+ years! I am thoroughly impressed. From time to time something might be overlooked and when I mention it, it is immediately addressed. So grateful for my Crystal Cleaning crew!

I hired them for their deep cleaning service to clean my home when it was brand new. I don’t believe in micro management, so I assumed they will do their job. There were many areas which still had dust and webs on them. They were cleaning while I had another guy changing locks, so we had some mess inside the door and some outside the door. They cleaned the mess which was inside the door, but left everything outside the door. They didn’t clean fireplace area which was visibly dusty. They’re good at only pockets DEEP CLEANING. They don’t sweep porches. $300 cleaning for only 2 hours of cleaning? Not even well versed professionals charge that much. If you’re hiring them, do some negotiation and micromanage them very well.

I can’t say enough good things about Crystal cleaning. They do an excellent job and are very reliable. There are always cute little surprises (e.g. paper flowers on a tissue box, carefully arranged toys in my daughter’s room). I’m always happy when I come home on cleaning day! Keep up the great service.

I used Crystal Cleaning Service when my condo needed a professional cleaning before selling. I coordinated with Nicholas who was both responsive and kind. I had a last-minute update to the sale of my home, and he accommodated my needs perfectly. My condo building can be really confusing related to parking, key release, etc. He passed along thorough notes to the staff who let themselves in and out with zero headache to me. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I surprised my wife for Valentine's Day one year by signing us up for their cleaning services, once every-other-week. That present was the best gift I could have ever thought of, and as far as my records go back this all began in 2013 and continues still today. It is the gift that keeps giving.

Our family has gone through many changes over the past 11+ years; children going to college, moving my mother-in-law in to live with us, adding additional new rooms to our home, children coming back home for short stays while planning their next steps in life, my wife and I retiring and now traveling a lot, and yet through all these changes (including the covid years) the wonderful team at Crystal Cleaning has never missed a beat and are always respectful to our family, prompt and has never missed an appointment, dedicated to their job, hardworking individually and are very thorough every visit!

We have used Crystal Cleaning for many years, and we have always been impressed by the professionalism of the staff, responsiveness of the owner, and thorough service. Crystal Cleaning has done move-in and move-out service for us, as well as deep cleaning. They even did a cleaning after we had our house painted, which left dust from floor to ceiling. (Life savers!!) Currently we have them for regularly scheduled house cleaning.

Nicholas has been very helpful over the years and accommodates requests, as well as quick responses to questions. The cleaning teams are friendly and dedicated. My favorite day at my house is the day they clean!
