I called for my friend Jack who needed his previous home cleaned for inspection for 5-1-24 moving out after twenty-seven years of renting it. He was very happy with team who arrived promptly fifteen minutes early and finished cleaning a house size of 3400 square feet in five hours. They cleaned the windows, wiped down cornice boards, cleaned all four bedrooms and 3 and half bathrooms. They cleaned the laundry room and refrigator and ovens. I texted on line at 12:30 am and got a response for today as promised. I would highly recommend them.

The cleaners are excellent. However, they need to work on their backoffice the back to back emails asking you to sign a contract before the work is completed is borderline harassing. And don't include automatic gratuity- it should be based on the service rendered. Again the cleaners are excellent!

The 2 young ladies that came to do a deep clean for us were very nice and wasted no time doing an excellent job for us. Our home hasn't been this clean in a long time, as my wife is no longer able to take care of it like she use to. I highly recommend these good folks for your house cleaning needs.

I have only had one cleaning so far and I was pleased with the results. The back office was a bit annoying as they expected me to pay before actually receiving the service. They called me multiple times while I was in a meeting and they contacted the cleaners to "hurry up" for next appointment. The cleaners were great as they ensured things were in order prior to leaving. The only reason I am continuing is because of them.

Will update this review once I get a final update, if the cleaners come back to clean what wasn’t cleaned.

The cleaners came at 9am ish and left at 12pm. It was cleaned as if it was a standard cleaning but we ordered a deep cleaning.

Not all the window sills were cleaned , many of the baseboards has dust on them still.

They DID mop, sweep, wipe down counters, microwave, the standard things a household will do but did not follow the 40 point system.

The basement was basically completely untouched. There’s dust in the basement and trash on the floor. It doesnt look swept, dusted or cobwebs removed.

When they asked us to do the final walkthrough, everything was already packed up in their car, which was very awkward because one lady was in her car pulling around, while the other lady standing in the doorway as we walked through. It seemed as if they were in a rush. Not many people will say “hey can you grab all your equipment back out and hit “this” “this” and “this” and “this” it then comes off petty and as if someone is micro-managing your job. So it’s best to just move on , report it, and hire someone new.

A waste of $327. It seemed like a good deal until they didn’t follow through with the companies 40 point system. It seems like once the money was sent, packing up begin. I watched the footage while gone for the first hour and did not see baseboards being wiped down.

We wanted this service monthly but now we’re looking to hire someone else or just do it ourselves.

Mind you, our house is not filthy. We were just prepping the home to have a completely cleaned and sanitized home before our baby is delivered and comes home.

Although the home was not empty and is decorated, we were there to move all furniture when needed at anytime and that’s exactly what we did and also told them to let us know if there’s other things they needed to get to and we’ll move it.

Also, the reason for so many 5 star reviews is because they make you review prior to submitting your invoice. My original review was a 5 star . I had to literally open safari, type in their company name, make sure I was logged into MY Google account and then press edit… it’s that serious that I had to write this review

Don’t let the 5 stars fool you . I literally hate writing bad reviews and giving 1 stars but they deserve it at this moment.

Update: Lowering this to a 1 star now, they got back to us and Now they’re saying they can do a $25 refund and LYING and saying we stated we paid “for a move cleaning”
A move cleaning and a deep home (we have the text messages) and cleaning prices is not even the same as a move cleaning. The home wouldn’t be empty.

We have the text messages and read them back to the scheduler on the phone and he now states maybe there was a misunderstanding stated to the team. The more honest you get with them and the more proof you show, the more they make new excuses and reasonings.

Make sure you record your phone calls with these people because they LIE or have sudden memory loss! I’ve never EVER in my life been this upset with a company. I live a very peaceful life, I’m very patient and respectful so for me to be this upset, is insane.

I’m telling you all, ASK for that 40 point checklist they claim to do and check behind them. ESPECIALLY if you already have an organized or clean home to the eye. You need to walk to the baseboards and check, walk to the window seals and check, and print out your own checklist. Never again, I promise you.

Also for a 1,777 square foot home, upstairs and basement they sent 2 people. In the time frame they finished for only 2 people was not even enough time to clean following their 40 point system.

After gathering quotes and reading reviews for several cleaning companies, I decided to hire Broomers Cleaning Service to get my house cleaned before Thanksgiving. They sent two women to my house, Solenia (sp?) and Diana. The company immediately sent me the $339 invoice and asked me to pay via Zelle, including tip before my service was complete. The ladies were pleasant enough and did a deep cleaning service which took them about 3 hours in my ~2300sq. ft house. When they were finished cleaning, I did not get a chance to look at their work downstairs because the floors were wet from just being mopped, so I just told them it was ok to leave. Once the floors were dried and I looked around, I noticed several damages which I promptly reported to the company. A leather chair had been pushed into the wall, scratching the leather off the corner off the chair and leaving a large dark mark on my very light walls. In the kitchen I noticed dark spots all over the bottom of my toaster, which wouldn't come off when wiped as well as damage to several of my kitchen cabinets. The cabinets looked as though they were sprayed with a cleaner that damaged the finish. I am guessing it was oven cleaner, since it was on the cabinets next to the oven. The companies original response to me was we are sorry and will make sure it doesn't happen again. Upon telling them that wasn't sufficient they asked how they could make it right and I asked for a refund at a minimum. They would not refund me and offered me $1.50 for the damages caused - how insulting! The company said that the cleaners owned up the hitting the chair against the wall but they wouldn't own up to damaging my toaster and kitchen cabinets. I can only imagine that they lied because they were fearful that the company would fire them ore retaliate in some way for what was obviously an accident. Beware before hiring this company! Even though they are supposedly licensed and insured, they would not properly handle the damages they caused to my property.

Generally good experience, had their cleaners over maybe 10-15 times over ~9 months.

Pros: most of their cleaners do a great job

Cons: some cleaners are not nearly as thorough. I stopped using their services after my normal “deep cleaning” service that typically takes 2x cleaners 4 hours only took 2 hours - half the time. When I asked about it, apparently “my house was already clean” so they only needed half the time. That’s when I dropped them.

I’m not paying almost $100 per hour for cleaning (4 total people hours + $20 per cleaner in person tip was ~$400)

Also, there have been some minor damages after cleanings - gouges on walls etc.

Great experience with Broomers cleaning! They were responsive, professional and courteous while arranging my appointment. The cleaners arrived on time, were very helpful and completed the deep clean service to a high level of quality and satisfaction. We will definitely recommend and use this company again!
