Great cleaning experience by Jaylee, Shardae, and Daneisha. After maidpro cleaned up for the punch out of our renovation, we knew they were serious so we continue to have them back.

Searching for a cleaning company for residential and came across MaidPro online here in Atlanta/Sandy Springs area and I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. The owner Kelley was very professional and polite she helped me plan and execute a thorough cleaning at the last minute. Her customer service, staff and cleaning was all superb! The house needed so much work and She was very patient with me .. even when I ran into some scheduling conflicts and worked me in and still made sure I was satisfied with her services! Excellent follow up! Book her now before her calendar gets full you will not regret it!

I have had regularly scheduled service with MaidPro for a year now, and have always been pleased with the attention given to my personal requests. Recently Cam + Anabelle did an outstanding job. It's noticeable how they take pride in their work. Thanks Cam + Anabelle. I look forward to seeing you again next month.

I have previously reviewed MaidPro, but will add that i have now been using this house cleaning service weekly for 3 Years, If the service was not good. I would not continue to use them.

Bailey arrives every week and she is extremely pleasant. Bailey does an excellent job of cleaning my apartment. She has been thorough and detailed in her cleaning. I look forward to Bailey returning next week as I am a weekly customer.

Do not trust them to commit to a time no matter who assures you.

As someone looking for a cleaner for their apartment, I found Maidpro and got a great quote. Kelly, who I’m assuming is the manager, called me to schedule the appointment. She comes across as extremely friendly and accommodating but don’t be fooled, it is all a charade to get your money. I mentioned that I had a dog that I was going to put into boarding for the day so that he would be out of the way for the crew. She mentioned that they can do a 8 am or 12 pm arrival but said that they can do a sliding arrival window from 10-12 (note this is on a Monday talking about a cleaning for that Friday) for my situation. I mentioned I can do the 12 pm window if the 10-12 was an issue but I was assured I could be accommodated for.

Now today, I received a text and missed a call from a cleaner at 830 am mentioning that they’re on the way. I replied to the cleaner that I was told my time was 10-12 and I won’t be available until 945 to let them in. They told me it was no problem and then Kelly called me shortly after. Kelly informed that they will not be able to service my apartment today and can reschedule me for next week. What? Why?My time gets randomly moved up by two hours and no communication is given to me? Kelly blamed everyone but herself for the issue. She blamed the cleaners who didn’t show up today for being short staffed because that somehow moves my window up by two hours. She blamed me for misunderstanding her and how they only do 8 and 12 arrivals even though she directly told me that a 10-12 window would be no issue at all. The best she could do is reschedule and give me a $25 discount (that I already had applied due to being a first time customer). Her refusal to take accountability of her lie gives an extremely slimy and shady view of the company. I wouldn’t trust anything they say and will be finding another cleaner.

Excellent service today by Gabby, Ryan and Anabelle! This is my third time using MaidPro to clean my home and I'm very particular. I waited until this last service to leave a review because I wanted to make sure that the service listened to my feedback from prior services and incorporated them into this service. I would recommend any of them as a service provider to my friends!

I've had MaidPro Smyrna clean my house monthly for just over a year now and they've done a great job each time. My husband and I are not the tidiest but it always feels like a brand new house afterward. Alex has been wonderful and is very respectful, especially as I've been having to work from home lately. Kim joined her the other day and they both did great. They both wore masks and knowing they use hospital-grade disinfectants keeps me at ease during this pandemic. Kelley is responsive and accommodating if I need to change dates for cleanings. Definitely recommend their service!

I am just thrilled with all the help I received from Annabelle in my apartment in Smyrna today. She appeared first thing and was right down to business. I needed a good deal of help and she wasted no time. She cleaned all the tub and shower, chrome, fixtures, etc. There’s a hearty checklist she filled out as she did her work. Thank you for sending me Annabelle. I’d love to have her again.

Was walking around and met DJ and Travis both had amazing energy and could tell they really care about what they do.

This was my first time using MaidPro and it won’t be my last. Cam, Gabby, and Stormie did an amazing job! I got a deep cleaning and I know I put them to work on cleaning my home. But they made sure the job was done to perfection. I really appreciate them for getting my home together. If you’re looking for a house cleaning service then I definitely recommend using MaidPro!

I’ve used this service often and they continue to provide a quality cleaning. Cam & Annabelle were my pros today, they arrived and began to knock out my problem areas immediately. They work efficiently and quickly without disrupting me as I worked. They were courteous and thorough working as a unit to complete the job within 2 hours. They left me feeling satisfied with all the rooms.

They were flexible and intentional when it came to an adjustment with regard to entry /exit and bring in multiple deliveries. Carla left my home beyond clean, organized, and smelling refreshed. I can tell they took their time to put things away or set them aside in an organized fashion. I only wish I was able to thank Carla in person.

8/21/2025: M'Kayla & Jaylee arrive about 11am and by 12:30pm they had the place spotless. Even all the cat hair had been removed from under the beds as I requested and our cat sheds plenty! As usual they mopped all the floors and cleaned the stove. Great job!
11/16/2024: Jessica & Lanesha arrived about 2pm and worked hard, finishing about 3:30pm. As always, the floors were mopped, the computer desks dusted (along with all other surfaces). They even cleaned the stove. Thanks!
11/01/2024: Jessica & Lanesha arrived about 2:30pm. Lanesha was being trained but caught on quickly. They cleaned the four bathrooms and mopped the floors, including the great room hardwood. Nice to have everything all sparkling and dust-free.
10/17/2024: Jessica arrived about 11:30 and worked steadily for over three hours. She was very thorough and asked what I liked instead of just guessing which I really appreciated. She wisely let the floor dry before replacing the throw rungs. She also vacuumed the recliners. Nice touch!
8/23/2024: Shanise came alone at 10am and worked diligently for over three and a half hours. Everything is spotless. She even vacuumed the backs of the sofa pillows which had accumulated a layer of cat hair. And dusting the computer desks made for a big improvement and happy computers!

6/4/2024: Cam & Shanice from MaidPro cleaned our house today as thoroughly as usual. All the floors were damp mopped so no more cat hair lying about! Yay! Even cleaned away the dust under our computer desks!

4/18/2024: Cam and Anabelle from MaidPro came and cleaned our house very thoroughly. I do appreciate that the grout in the large walk-in master bath shower was restored to clean and bright. Everything was delightfully dust-free and clean. Thanks!

Anabelle & Gabby worked their customary wonders in cleaning my house. They are so thorough. They have a 49-point checklist to guide their activities and I certainly can think of anything that needs to be added to it. I especially appreciate that they clean my stove & microwave and keep the grout beautiful in my shower!
On 3/21/2024, Cam & Diana came from MaidPro and completed the usual "Pro" transformation on our house. They left everything spotless and shining.
