I found them on Google because my family and I were doing a road trip to Atl and we booked an Airbnb. We stayed here for a month and went through Eleganza and Carl for weekly cleanings. He was great to communicate with and coordinate cleanings with. As for the cleaning, they did a great job and was on par with our cleaners we use back at home. She was thorough, brought her own cleaning supplies, and left our home sparkling clean. Highly recommend this team!

Now for Ms. Candace, there aren't enough words to express how amazing she is. Her smile and her presence scream joy. She called with her ETA. Once she arrived she introduced herself. I showed her the rooms that needed to be cleaned. Candace gave an estimated time that the job would be completed. Candace professionalism is unmatched and you can tell that she enjoys what she does.
As we entered the home it smelled incredible and it felt better just being in there. My mama couldn't stop smiling and crying. Candace was so kind and gave my mama a hug. She really needed that embrace. It's been difficult for her since my dad's passing. Thank you Candace for showing her comfort in that moment. My mama can't stop telling her friends back home about you. She tells them the house looks 1000x better than it did when they moved here.
