I've been using PBM for about a year. Ty and her team are fantastic. They communicate well, are so friendly and pleasant, and work hard, cleaning everything to a high standard. Communication about service is always clear and prompt. I trust them completely in my home, and that is not something I say lightly. They pay attention to the details, which can be very difficult to find in a cleaning service.

This is one of the best residential cleaning services in Atlanta. After several months of looking for housekeepers that actually cared, used green products and were reliable, we found this company. The owner Ty is a pleaser to work with. She and her staff are always professional, prompt and they make sure they clean everything we ask of them. I would recommend them 100 percent. Clue Cleaning pressure washed my house. I didn't realize how dirty it was until I saw the finished product. It looks brand new again. I'll be sure to tell everybody I know about their services.

This company is obviously big on customer service. They came to remove some junk from my back yard and clean out a shed. They got the junk removed and provided the ultimate cleaning services but I was in shock to see them rush to the aid of my neighbor. He and his wife were attempting to move a trampoline by themselves. The crew at clue cleaning saw it and immediately ran over to assist. They literally spent 30 minutes helping them out. Thats what I call going the extra mile.

I've hired Clue Cleaning to do several bigger cleanup jobs after parties and other events. I was so impressed by their level of professionalism and attention to detail that I am using them to clean my home regularly now.

Amazingly they told us that they could help with our attic and start get started right away. As soon as they were done with the neighbor they came right over and us taken care of. I needed to be done in the later hours of the evening because I work 2nd shift and I am busy trying to run my business in the mornings. Most of the cleaning services Atlanta had to offer did not work over night. Even though Clue Cleaning closed at 9pm they were willing to accommodate me by scheduling a 11:30pm appointment. The work that they did was outstanding. You don't find many businesses that still put the customers needs first but this is one of them.

Our company has a huge storage warehouse that needed to be cleaned out and organized. We called a couple of cleaning services that told us that it wasn't the type of projects that they took on. We called Clue Cleaning and they had someone come and look at it and got a crew out to clean it up. When they were finished they had everything organized and labeled so that it was easy to find what we needed when we needed it.

Besides that the biggest problem we have at my house is dust buildup because I have allergies. They make sure we stay dust free throughout the week. The employees are always friendly and they do a great job of keeping my house clean.

Clue Cleaning has been cleaning my condo weekly for about a year now. Lilly has been a blessing to me. She even does my laundry every week. I've only had one other person from the company come out since I started using them. She also did a fantastic job. What keeps me coming back is that they always go so far beyond just cleaning services.

I used Clue Cleaning to clean out office space so that I could prepare it to be leased. They cleaned the interior and the exterior. The outside was pressure washed and the brick looks great. There were green stains on the side of the building that I didn't expect to come off, but they were able to remove all of it. As for the inside, they did an outstanding job as well. The carpet and hardwood floors look great. They did a really good job on the entire project.

I can't say enough about the top quality service they provide. They are prompt, professional, and follow instructions to the T. I would highly recommend them to any one looking to have their office cleaned.
